(Translated by Google) The welcome was terrible. They were yelling at us to get into the helicopter as quickly as possible and not to take any photos. I was also very disappointed with my helicopter ride. There were four of us plus a couple, and I was placed in the middle. I felt nothing, couldn't see much, and the window was a bit opaque! I was really looking forward to it; if I had known it would be like that, I wouldn't have gone! (Original) Très mauvais accueil.. on nous criait dessus pour monter dans l’hélicoptère au plus vite et ne pas faire de photo.. Très déçue également pour mon baptême en helico .. nous étions 4 +1 couple , j’ai été placée au milieu.. aucune sensation, je ne voyais pas grand chose et la vitre était un peu opaque ! Je me faisais une joie de ce moment, si j’avais su que cela se passerait comme çà, je n’y serais pas allée !

Sent my two teenagers (16 and 17) for a tour of the canyon today, their pilot Dylan was great, he was funny and a good guide. Everyone we spoke with over the phone leading up to the flight was super helpful, all around a great experience. 10/10 would recommend, the kids had a blast :)

Sent my two teenagers (16 and 17) for a tour of the canyon today, their pilot Dylan was great, he was funny and a good guide. Everyone we spoke with over the phone leading up to the flight was super helpful, all around a great experience. 10/10 would recommend, the kids had a blast :)

Once again Papillon Helicopters showed us the best scenic tour of the Grand Canyon , 2011 & 2024 , on our recent tour we had the privilege to have Ali as our pilot, who was very informative and friendly , she was a huge influence on my daughter who is also following the helicopter pilot path , 10/10 to Papillon and their fleet of well presented EC130 helicopters

We flew over the canyon with Kane. He was a brilliant pilot and guide. Very funny, informative and friendly. The trip is amazing. The Grand Canyon is unbelievable and the amount of photo opportunities was ridiculous. Highly recommended and can only hope you get Kane as your pilot.

What an awesome, beautiful way to see the west rim of the Grand Canyon! Everything about the tour was amazing, including our pilot, Jim, who we would highly recommend!!!👏 Jim was very informative about the area and pointing out several details along the trip. He made the trip fun, interesting, and very exciting! The Papillion staff was very friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions. This definitely is the best way to see the Grand Canyon!!!

We booked a Grand Celebrations tour which included a flight over and into the Grand Canyon, along with champagne lunch in the Canyon. The sights were absolutely stunning, truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the beauty of Nevada. Our pilot/tour guide/chef/entertainment (do I go on? lol) was amazing. David was very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas and helped to give a better idea of the importance of certain areas we were flying above. Thank you to the team for the wonderful experience!
