Der Rundflug war sehr Turbulent, aber ein richtig schönes Erlebnis. Vorallem ist es preislich ansprechend, denn wenn man nur den Überflug macht, muss man nicht die Natonalparkgebür zahlen, die seit 2026 für Ausländer gilt. Es passen 8 Leute in ein Flugzeug, also ist es immer eine kleine Gruppengröße. Wir sind nicht pünktlich los geflogen, weil eine Reisegruppe noch gefehlt hat. Prinzipiell ist es ja nett, dass gewartet wurde, aber es ist angegeben, dass man eine halbe Stunde früher da sein soll. Wäre ich alleine zu spät gekommen, wäre nicht gewartet worden.

The activity was for special birthday but was cancelled a couple of hours before start. So we then rescheduled only for it to be cancelled again, this time we were unable to reschedule as flying home. We were then told we would have to wait 5-10 days for full refund. Very unreliable service ☹️

Our pilot, Dillon, was excellent. Transportation to and from the airport was very easy and convenient. Champagne and snacks were an added bonus.

Overall a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. First, there was ZERO communication from the local partner about the pickup time or exact location, even after sending multiple emails and messages. The app showed a pickup time of 9:14 AM, but the actual pickup was at 7:40 AM. I would have NEVER known if I had not followed up repeatedly. Second, the listing says “optional” Skywalk entry as if it is included. IT IS NOT. You have to pay extra for almost EVERYTHING. The tour cost was $374, but with the helicopter ride and Skywalk, it jumped to $699!!! This is extremely misleading. On top of that, the staff from Papillon MISLED me by saying I would not need to show separate tickets for the Skywalk. That turned out to be false, and I ended up wasting 30+ minutes of my limited 4 hour excursion time just going back and forth sorting it out. Yes, the Grand Canyon itself is incredible, but this level of mismanagement and poor communication completely ruined the experience for me. Please save your m
