Horrible experience. Waited over 2 hours with no communication. Was finally told that due to checking in before a system outage, they did not account for us. I strongly recommend using a helicopter company that flies out of McCarran airport. This outfit is located 30 mins outside of Vegas and is difficult to get to. If your flight is cancelled at McCarran, at least you are next to the strip.
