Not happy with what we got exciting return to see the lights over the Las Vegas strip and was told it’s not included and paying extra for a front seat on the helicopter certainly not value for money and should get a refund

We booked this Helicopter Tour when it was available. It said to arrive 40mins before departure, so we did that. After arrival the receptionist told us that our flight got canceled due to us being the only passengers. They could have notified us way before that, since there was a time limit on the booking. So we drove all the way there, just for them telling us that the flight was cancelled. On top of that the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and didn‘t show any effort to compensate us or try to find a proper alternative as there were no other flights that day. Now we are still waiting for a refund to happen.
