I had a 3:00 PM helicopter reservation, but they told me to take the 3:40 PM ride instead. When I asked why, they had no reason. This is truly frustrating. As a tour guide who has been bringing people here for 20 years, I’ve noticed that customer service has been a mess since the management changed. In the end, we had to wait until 3:40 PM to board. Please make sure to confirm the time in the future. Time is precious for travelers. Please respect customers who pay for fly.

The heli flight was awesome. Mike, our pilot, was such a friendly guy and a really good pilot. Actually he is very funny and has good music on board. The company is really good organised. We couldn’t recommend the skywalk. It isn’t worth it. The price is to high and you can’t bring your phone. You will have a 1000 times better view on the second bus stop…for free. But skywalk isn’t an attraction from papillon! They’re doing a really great job.
