We had an excellent time flying over to the Grand Canyon! This was our first time flying in a helicopter and our pilot - Robin - made it an excellent experience! 10/10 would fly again

This was supposed to be my first excursion after landing. Without my consent, they switched the departure time from my chosen slot @10pm to 9pm because of lack people. I paid for a 10 pm slot and that should have been honored. They did attempt to contact me a few hours before, but I was on a 5 hour flight on my way so couldnt answer. However, the kind lady was able to reschedule me in for the following evening and i was still able to get front seat. It was a beautiful experience. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the time changes. I was on a tight schedule and couldnt really afford delays.
