I cannot rave about this experience or Pilot Luke S. enough!! From beginning to end the trip is something my husband and I will remember forever. The customer service at the front desk when we walked in was pleasant. Pilot Luke had great stories and facts that kept us engaged during our flight to the Grand Canyon. If you have not yet experienced a helicopter tour, do yourself a favor and add that to your todo list!!

GREAT experience! Bucket list item crossed off out list. From the shuttle drivers, to the reception ladies (who were so kind to upgrade us to the front seats), to our amazingly funny and friendly pilot Rafael (like the angry ninja turtle aka Kevin for you haters), we truly had an awesome time! Thank you. If there were 6 stars we would give you that!

The tour was an excellent experience! Jimmy made the experience even better! He was funny, knowledgeable, and a great pilot! I would also recommend upgrading seats to the front, the views were great!

Totally amazing trip. Worth every penny! The views were excellent. Our pilot Kane was very knowledgeable and a great pilot and maneuver us through the canyon very smoothly. Nice lunch at the top of the canyon. Highly recommended.

I hate to give only a 4 star review here, but while the flight and the service was amazing at some point they need to instruct the passengers that it isn’t ok to chatter the entire ride over the shared communication system. . It was so annoying to hear two school girls constantly talk to each other to the point you couldn’t hear the narration of the tour or in general the pilot. While it isn’t something the company did, it is something they could do.
