Abziehen müssen wir jedoch einen Stern für den extrem schlechten Shuttle Service von LV zum Flughafen und wieder zurück. Wir wurden 35min zu spät abgeholt und auf dem Rückweg mussten wir am Flughafen mehr als eine halbe Stunde warten bis er losging. Das sollte man dann lieber mit dem eigenen Auto machen.

Wish I can give 0 stars but won’t allow. Unfortunately we booked with another company because your Representative that works for your company runs the future customer away. Her name is Kera ! Horrible personality, rude and does not answer questions! We wanted to book in 2 weeks for Grand Canyon landing from vegas and her attitude was terrible seems like she didn’t want to help answer basic simple questions any tourist will ask, she expected us to know everything. Please train Kera better when dealing with the public for future business. We were ready to book but due to her we booked immediately with another company whose customer service was 5 stars. Kera will make your business lose tons of money ! She’s not a good look !
