Booked a helicopter tour with papillon for parents anniversary. Checked in an hour early instead of 45minutes just to be sure. Paid for the front row seats and we were told that the front row seats are available. The front desk staff whom we checked in with never called out names when we were sitting in front of sofa right in front of the lady. We were only informed that we missed our flight. We were informed that we had to wait another hour to catch the next available flight and were informed excited by the same lady that we got front row seats as if she was doing us a favor when we paid for the front row seats so we SHOULD be getting front row seats or a refund. The helicopter ride was nice but I was highly disappointed in the service.

Amabilidad por parte de todo el personal. Los pilotos muy simpáticos y muy seguros de lo que hacen. Audio en el avión en varios idiomas dando las indicaciones. Como punto “a mejorar”, que podría durar más tiempo el vuelo 😅. Una vez en el aire, quieres disfrutar más (modo irónico). Pero en 45 minutos ya se ve bastante bien todo. Gracias.

This was my first helicopter ride and it was amazing! It is not every day you will be able to see the Grand Canyon and Hover Dam from above, so it is definitely worth the price. I went in early April and the weather down the canyon was not that cold, although I heard that at times it can be windy or cold, specially in the morning tour. Some points to make that were not clear for me on the description: 1. You will have the option to purchase the front-seat for an extra fee 2. The pickup point is around 45-1h from the Vegas strip (Boulder City). For the 7AM flight, the pickup for me was at 5h30am. I was back to the hotel around 9h45am, which was handy since I could explore the city further. 3. You will not see the sunrise on the early slots

Buchung und Checkin waren problemlos. Der Flug war sehr beeindruckend. Man kann die Dimension des Canyons ganz anders erleben als vom Rand. Ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.
