Friendly company, kept in touch with instructions regularly, via text and emails. It was only a 35 min drive from the Vegas Strip to the airport, many others you had a 4 hr drive to the canyon first. Once at the airport everything was explained well and all very professional.

amazing trip flight so much smoother than expected was delayed because of the weather but the staff were amazing rebooked straight away at a time to suit me. some were grumpy about cancellations but you cannot blame the staff as good as they are they cannot tell mother nature how to behave flight safety comes first. well done the team. a once in a life time experience for me made even better because of the team at Papillon.
