Unreliable company please think twice before booking.
We booked an expensive trip with this company based on the good reviews that had been left by other people. However we have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Papillon and would not book with them again. If you are thinking about booking a trip then I would advise to book with caution. Our trip was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. There was no mention when we rang to confirm the trip that the trip may be cancelled as there was not enough people booked onto it. We were allowed to rebook for a later date but again the trip was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. There was no attempt to try and help us find an alternative trip and we are now a week on and we have still no t received our refund. We live in the UK and this trip was supposed to be the main highlight of our holidays.

It was by far the best experience I’ve had in Las Vegas!! I’ve always wanted to fly over the Grand Canyon and this was everything I thought it would be and more!!!

LAS to Grand Canyon floor picnic and sunset tour. Had Capt Sidney, loved her! Simply a wonderful trip overall. Wished we got to see the strip a little more up close but Hoover dam, the canyon, the red rocks… all lovely

This experience was amazing, our pilot Doug was so knowledgeable telling us lot of amazing information on our flight. I would highly recommend this experience and topped off by my partner proposing to me when we landed in the Grand Canyon ❤️🥂

Driver for return trip to hotel needs a course in customer service. Didn't appreciate his smart mouth or his vulgar music. Turn your choice of music off when not alone and slow down. He was not near the courteous Driver we had for pickup. Other than this one person, we were pleased with the service.
