Worth the money.

Communication with end operator was excellent when they would answer, but never got a confirmation email like I was told that I would. Was picked up a few minutes late. Worked out. Airplane was a late model Caravan in good condition. Pilot was safe and adhered to regulations. Ground transport at the canyon was excellent. Loved the guide. Lunch was fresh sandwiches, water, and chips. Great views, ample time to see them.

A must experience for everyone! ⭐

A must experience for anyone visiting the vegas area! We did the landing tour in the canyon and it was the highlight of our whole trip. From the booking agent we did it with (can’t remember his name but he has a stand on the vegas strip) who was super helpful to pick up and to getting to boulder and the customer service there which was exceptional and so well organised! We just couldn’t fault this trip at all! Gerald was our pilot who was so lovely and was also such a good guide with lots of facts of what we were flying over! Couldn’t fault him! Honestly the best experience we have ever done, I’m telling everyone now that this is a must! We were going to hire a car and drive to the canon ourselves but we are so so glad we booked this trip 10000000% worth every penny!

I'd try the competition

The flight was worth it. Everything else was not as advertised and organised chaos. There was no hotel pickups as advertised, our whole busload had to get to planet Hollywood by 630am and wait there for the shuttle. Then half an hr to Boulder airport. Then left to wait for an hr and a quarter before taking off. No updates and we had to keep asking what's going on. After the flight the same waiting for half an hr to get the shuttle back to Planet Hollywood drop off by around 11am. Plenty of staff doing nothing but typically disinterested, making excuses and rude. Our time wasn't valued. You want a window seat expect to pay $15 extra.

So fun! Amazing views and sights. Helicopter is smooth and pilots very professional The helicopter seats 6 guests, so you may be joined by another group If you don’t get hotel pick up an Uber can bring you from Vegas strip to Boulder City I would do this experience again!

Wow...what an experience. Truly outstanding!! Chose the early morning flight and picked up from the hotel to be taken only a few minutes to the launch site. Best flight time in my opinion as we saw sunrise on the way out and clear, sunny skies all the way back with brilliant views throughout. Flying over Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam on the way then landing in GC which was breathtaking. Snacks and drinks are a nice touch. Flew back over the strip from the North Raphael was our pilot and was great, really helpful with photos and gave some great stories. We had an unforgettable time, Thank you Papillon Team!
