Os lugares são muito bonitos mas não tivemos sorte com o guia Roman. Ele fala inglês com dificuldade e muitas vezes não nos entendeu. Não passou nenhuma informação sobre os lugares, apenas agiu como motorista. Houve outro grupo que saiu com um guia mais jovem e vimos ele passeando pelas cidades com o grupo e dando informações completas. Até ao entrar e sair da van que era muito alta o "guia" não nos ajudou em nada. Ele apenas dirigiu. Isso decepcionou no serviço prestado pela agência Ophorus.

Great wineries in the Alsace region

Roman was a very good tour guide and knowledgeable about the wines in the region. We visited two wineries; Habsiger and Robert Blanck near Strasbourg. Learned what Cremant wine is and everyone is the group liked it very much. Toured the wine cellars and tasted great wines that represent the Alsace region

Ilya our driver and guide was delightful, knowledgeable, professional and yet relaxed. We were in excellent hands all day, and the two chateaux were amazing.

Wine Tour

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Got to see and hear the process of making wine. Chateau Belleview was gorgeous and the owner was there and welcomed us with open arms. Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable and made our trip so fun.

Ho prenotato un tour in italiano per il 17 settembre alle ore 13,30 costo 305 0 euro. Lunedì 15 mi arriva la conferma ed i biglietti. Martedì 26 alle 20,30 rientro in hotel e mi dicono che hanno chiamato perché il tour non c'è ma posso fare tour in inglese con partenza 8,30. Rimango perplessa devo pensarci poi no invio WA a Viator perché non mi interessa e richiedo il rimborso per tour non effettuato . Dopo un pomeriggio perso a messaggiare mi comunicano che mi rimborseranno il 50%. Questo sarebbe il servizio al cliente? Che vergogna,!

Our guide was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable on the history and science of wine making. The vineyard and the village were stunning. The small groups make the experience less “tourist trap”. Highly recommend!

St Emmilion tasting trip.

This was an information filled trip. We learned so much about the town of St Emillion and the wines of the region. An hour in the town entailed walking down very rough large streets. Very picturesque. The tour of the winery was interesting but a bit long. The tasting was delicious. The guide was quite knowledgeable and friendly.

Our first visit was great! Visiting the family run vineyard was an experience and the tour of what they do to make the wine was very cool. Our second visit was forgettable. The person putting the wine uninterested and it felt like I was visiting a store. To improve larger samples would be a great place to start.

We had an amazing wine tasting tour with our guide Iliya. He was engaging, extremely knowledgeable, and made the experience both informative and fun. Iliya is an excellent driver , and with only three of us on the van , the tour felt very private and personalized. A truly memorable experience—highly recommend!
