Our tour guide Rodolphe was extraordinary! There were 4 of us that took the private all day tour of the Lascaux and Sarlat-la-Canéda! Our guide was knowledgeable of the history and architecture of the area as well as fun to be with throughout the day. He made the trip memorable!

Beautiful Views & History Tour

We traveled with Alex the tour guide who was awesome and made this tour completely worth it! He was so knowledgeable it was great to learn SO much about the history of France/Provence/Cassis. The trip starts with a drive to a high view of the city of Cassis where Alex gave us history of the village and the Calanques and we got some good photos. We then went into Cassis for a 1 hour boat ride to see 3/8 of the calanques, it was beautiful. After, Alex gave us a quick tour of Cassis and we went to 2 stores (red coral jewelry and a perfume store). Based on the group, he recommended an amazing restaurant for lunch where we ate with the others in our group. Next, we had an hour to walk around the village on our own. Last, we went to 1 winery (bodin) for a quick wine tasting. I would recommend this tour if you have a free day and love history and the calanques.

Great Mont Saint -Michel tour from Bayeux

Juliet was magnifique as our tour guide to mont saint-michel from Bayeux. Her presentation was flawless and added to our enjoyment and education. There was a guided tour with also time to spend on our own. Would highly recommend.

5 Panamanians enjoy the experience sipping wine in St Emiliani and learning about this French region. Our guide, Rodolphe, made this trip even more enjoyable with his explanation and bubbly personality. We recommend this tour guide and experience.

Valentin was such a nice person and an excellent guide. He knew his wines and vineyards inside and out. We visited 2 superb wineries in a 1/2 day afternoon tour. Perfect. Remember no food so have a good lunch.

Great Market & Culinary tour today in Sarlat. The explanation of the history of Sarlat and the architecture was really interesting and we saw and heard many things that we would have missed walking round Sarlat ourselves. The tastings were so well done, so thank you to all of the host food and drink establishments that were so welcoming. We learned a lot about the local cheeses, wine, foi gras, walnut tarts and cake. All wonderful to taste! We returned to them all later in the day to buy our favourites. Thank you especially to our guide Benoit, who made the whole tour such a great experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The groups are small, which is a bonus. We highly recommend the tour for anyone visiting Sarlat.

Sunny afternoon tasting session

A superb half day trip to two vinyards. I was concerned that this seemed expensive for what I suspected would be a hard-sell of mediocre wine. I could not have been more wrong. Our guide, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and the nine wines we tasted across the two locations were varied and good quality. I particularly liked the Terre de Mistral Red and returned a couple of days later with the car to buy a case. No one tried to push any wines which made the whole afternoon relaxing and fun.

Three of the most beautiful cities I’ve visited. Our guide was a Spanish women who had a great knowledge of each town and shared her enthusiasm for each place. She shared great stories and was very friendly. If you have the chance to visit the Van Gogh asylum I’d highly recommend it You’ll have a great time no matter what you do in each town

Guide was very nice and the transportation was great! I really liked the small group. Still I think that the tour was not worth of the money. We didn't get deep dive to the wine making process of the regions wines (just in a casual level) and the wines that we tasted didn't seem to be that special for this high price.

Our tour guide was very new on job and got turned around several times on the way to Cassis. The trip took over two hours to Cassis and under an hour on the return the Aix. She was unfamiliar with the navigation system in the van and missed directions which made the trip much longer than it should have been. She’s a nice woman but probably needs more training before interfacing with clients.

This was a wonderful trip with Thierry along the wine routes of Alsace. Thierry is an amazing storyteller with excellent English. We learned so much about Alsace, winemaking, and its history. The timing was also perfect—we had enough time for everything. Thank you, Thierry!
