We have been on tours all over the world, and we can definitely say that Matt was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about the history of this incredible event that shaped our country and the world. His amazing storytelling ability and his visual and illustrative techniques with explanations brought the tour to life and impacted us on a very high level. We were incredibly moved by seeing these D-Day sites through Matt‘s words and the multiple stops that he took us to along the journey. This is hands-down one of the best experiences of our travels.

This was absolutely a wonderful trip. Everyone needs to see this 11 century church. Our guide was fantastic, patient, and knowledgeable. Transportation was very comfortable. We got to see beautiful parts of the country side even though we didn’t get to see any marsh sheep. We enjoyed all the parts this day trip. Totally recommend this trip.

Lavender of the Valensole

This is such a lovely experience, and Violet is the perfect guide for the occasion. She’s charming, intelligent, speaks impeccable, English, as well as French and Farsi. She watches out that every guest has what they need, is enjoying themselves and has time to experience the spectacular scenery of Valensole. We cannot recommend it more highly and certainly recommend Violet.

A very cool tour despite the heat.

We didn't leave on time because one person in the group didn't show up. But our guide and driver, Guy, took the time to give us a comprehensive overview of the wines, family vineyards, and history during our pleasant ride to St. Emilion. The walk was short, but the wine tasting at Chateau Bellevue was worth it.

Fabulous boat cruise

This tour included a stop off to view Cassis from a high vantage point overlooking the town (great views), a boat cruise of three calanques (fabulous), a guided tour of Cassis (interesting but would prefer that tours of particular shops not be included), some free time which included lunch (enjoyable to have time to wander around town but we were recommended a restaurant that did not meet our expectations - in retrospect it would have been better to make our own choice) and a winery tasting (nice to get up close to a vineyard). The highlight of the tour was definitely the cruise - the calanques were gorgeous.

We had a wonderful tour of multiple chateaux in and around Saint-Emillion. Rodolphe was an ideal tour guide: not only was he very knowledgeable about the region’s wines, but he was very friendly and funny. Perfect for an international group who knew a little (but not too much) about wine.

My family and I took the Black forest and Baden-Baden tour with Francisco and had a ton of fun! We were touring during the heat dome and Francisco let us know that if we needed to take a break at any time that we could. He answered my very inquisitive 8 year old's questions and he even suggested the restaurant where we had the BEST meal of our trip. (Saint-Sépulcure) Great experience!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Tag, Rudolph, unser Guide, war sehr gut gelaunt und hat alle unsere Fragen mit viel Freude beantwortet. Er war immer pünktlich an unseren vereinbarten Treffpunkten und hat uns ein tolles Erlebnis geboten. Wir konnten uns prima abstimmen und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben! Das Auto hatte Klimaanlage (41° Außentemperatur) und war sehr sauber, sogar einen Schirm konnten wir uns auf dem Weg zur Düne ausleihen. Vielen Dank an Rudolph für den tollen Tag!
