Our tour guide Ann was very knowledgeable about the 3 cities we visited. These cities were magical. We got to taste walnut liqueur because she had a contact with shop owners in Domme.

Siamo state in due cantine molto diverse tra loro, assaggiato ben 12 vini diversi e avuto l'occasione di vedere i vigneti intorno Digione in cui altrimenti non saremmo arrivati (essendo senza macchina). Good but a bit of a rush

It was ok on paper, but a bit rushed as the stops. Would be nice to think on extending the tour with an hour as the guide was rushing to get over with it.

A Magical Day

A fabulous small tour, our guide was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The towns visited were beautiful, like a Disney movie set but real and stunning. The castle was amazing, would highly recommend this tour

I booked two separate tours with Ophorus in France during July. "Dijon Wine Tour: Côte de Nuits & Côte de Beaune Vineyards" tour was an incredible value, in large part because our tour guide and driver, Orlane, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Visiting 3 prestigious vinyeards/winemakers (and a few historical photo stops along the way, plus a lunch stop in Beaune), we were given great information about winemaking in France, and specifically what makes wine in Burgundy unique. It was unpretentious, relaxing, and of course, tasty. Thank you so much to Orlane for an unforgettable day. 5 stars. "Versailles Small Group English Guided Tour from Paris with Skip-the-Line Access" tour was great itself, with tour guide Nicolas being very clear, informative, and ushering our group through a very busy and hot morning at Versailles. However, after I had initially booked the tour (which meets near the Eiffel Tower), I discovered the Tour de France was doing its final race Stage in Paris the same day as my reservation. I e-mailed to request to change the date, and the rep suggested I just arrive a little early. (I'm not sure how the return trip would have gone, as roads in that area were due to be closed all day, in addition to many public transportation stops and lines.) They did change my reservation to a different day at no charge, thank goodness. The e-mail responsiveness was fast and appreciated, but I recommend checking for holidays and special events, as some French people confirmed it would not have worked to take the tour from that location during the Tour de France. 5 stars to Nicholas and our driver, 3 stars to Ophorus admin for not catching and blocking out days on the front end, that should not be offered to book. I would book a tour with this company again.

We had a fantastic day tour of Pomerol and Saint Emilion with our very knowledgeable guide, Guy. The Chateaus we visited were very impressive and the extra tips and information Guy gave us was first class. We highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful medieval villages tour through the region of burgundy / Dijon. Orlane, our young but hugely knowledgeable guide, has three degrees including a masters in English and Art History and provided us several insights on the tour, often positioned as interactive questions testing our observation skills and logical reasoning.

The tour was very well organized and our guide Pascal was very knowledgeable and vividly shared insights around the different places we visited. Really good tour for half a day in a small group, also our teenage kids found it very interesting (actually not that easy to get them to really like a sightseeing tour)

Our experience with the tour and our tour guide Magali has been excellent. It is incredible how much Magali knows about the II World war and how well she explained it to us. She told us everything leading up to D-Day, D-Day itself and all of the most important and interesting aspects of the war. We visited Omaha beach, American cemetery and Point du Hoc, all while Magali made it interesting by engaging us with questions. She even had a powerpoint with pictures and statistics. An amazing tour. Magali is a great storyteller and has a very energetic and funny personality.

Our tour was an amazing adventure. We started in Albi, where we explored the magnificent cathedral and the charming city. After that, we visited a picturesque small village, and the day ended with a wonderful tour of a local winery. Our tour guide, Sonia, was fantastic, she was incredibly informative, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
