Great Guide, Meaningful Experience

Matt was a very knowledgeable guide. The half day tour was the perfect length for us, and hit all the major sites we wanted to see while in Normandy while providing the context and history of the sites that you cannot otherwise get visiting without a guide.

Wine tasting trip.

The best trip I have been on. Our guide was hilarious and so knowledgeable. Small group and the visit to Saint Emillion village was fantastic.

Superbe "petite" ville alsacienne typique, pleine de charme même sous la pluie !!! Il fait bon y flâner, admirer les maisons colorées à colombage et déguster une délicieuse tarte flambée dans la Petite Venise

We had a wonderful afternoon with our guide Thierry. He shared his love of the Alsace region and its wines in a fun and engaging way. The two vineyards we visited provided two wine loving, but definitely not knowledgeable people, feeling more confident in choosing good Alsatian wines.

De Tour was erg interessant en wij zijn veel te weten gekomen waar wij nog geen idee van hadden. Wij wisten wel veel van Nederland en de vervolging maar hier en waar de invasie was en de gevolgen daar wisten wij eigenlijk niet veel van. Erg inspirerend maar ook heel treurig.

Jerome took us on a very interesting tour of three very different wineries. We had a chance to taste both new and older wine styles. Jerome was very knowledgeable about Alsace winemaking and we enjoyed our tour very much.

Jätteintressant resa med relevanta stopp. Enda nackdelen var att första stoppet (Omaha beach) tog 1 timma i stället för sagda 10-15 minuter. Det gjorde att det blev lite stressigt resten av resan. Det hade behövts längre tid både i Sainte-Mère-Église och på amerikanska kyrkogården.

Fabulous tour of two family owned Alsace wineries. The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about the wine and history of the area. The hosts were very friendly. And the wine was exceptional. It was the highlight of my trip.

Beynac e Domme molto belli, delusione la gabarre, troppo corta la traversata sul fiume e non corrispondente a quanto prenotato in cui c’era scritto che avremmo visto Borghi e castelli dal basso e invece non è stato così

Alsace Wine Adventure

Very well curated; very informative; and was paced so that it didn’t feel rushed, but we still made it to the wine in a timely manner (the important part!). Laurence was a fantastic host, and the two wineries that she had chosen for us - Domaine Noelle Bachert really stood out! - were wonderful. Would highly recommend this tour!
