It had been an amazing trip due to our guide Martin. He gave us a lot of information when showing us the villages and the castles of Beynac, Castelnac and Domme.The boat trip on the Dordogne was also very good although there had been less water than usual and so the trip had to be shortened.

Our half day English tour including Lascaux IV was fabulous. Our tour guide Martin was very enthusiastic and knowledgable about the area’s cro-magnon and Neanderthal prehistory. We stopped at several very interesting shelter sites on our way to Lascaux IV. I highly recommend this tour.

What a great day! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Martin and learned so much! His passion for prehistory is evident and he shares his knowledge in an easy to follow way. My husband has some mobility issues and Martin was very cognizant if this. He checked on my husband frequently throughout the day and tried to find easier ways for him to traverse some of the areas. This was our second tour with Martin and I highly recommend him!
