Excellent tour of Saint Emilion village and an nearby chateau. Our guide, Oscar, was friendly, informative, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about wines and the nuances of the Bordeaux wine region. My wife and I had a wonderful time and we 10/10 recommend.

I didn’t expect much from today’s tour, but it turned out to be amazing. Our guide, Osclz, was very cheerful, and his overall explanations were excellent. I was in Bordeaux on a business trip and decided to join the tour before heading back, and I was more than satisfied. Highly recommended!

U.S. D-Day Sites Half-Day Tour From Bayeux

Vicror with Ophorous tours gave us an excellent half-day tour of Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery. He was very energetic and amazingly detailed in the interesting stories he shared. He brought everything to life! Victor is a young local who takes pride in his city and speaks wonderful English.

We had an amazing visit of Chateau Chambord and Chateau Chenonceau. Lovely lunch break in Amboise. Our tour guide Charline was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Great stops

Wow, we loved all the stops along this all-day tour. Colmar is just amazing. We loved hearing about the history, seeing Little Venice and enjoying the ambience. Eshquishim was stunning. Lunch in Riquewihr was great. The castle was stunning. What would have made this a five-star review would have been a confident and well-spoken tour guide. Our guide, Oliver, was very nice. However, despite repeated requests to speak up, he remained soft spoken and unwilling to speak louder. He seemed to lack confidence and the ability to lead a group or command a room. I’m not sure he has the temperament to be a tour guide despite his vast knowledge. His English was difficult to understand. I think he could benefit from learning from a professional tour guide. He just didn’t seem to want to speak much or speak up. It was frustrating. Other than him, we enjoyed the cities and areas we visited.

Pinot & Chardonnay

Our tour guide Val was fantastic. So informative on the wines and was able to clearly explain the different appellations to us, which is something that has always confused me about French wine. The places we went were lovely and each host was also informative. Would 100% recommend this tour to someone who loves wine and wants a bit more education.

Not worth the price

Amelia was awesome and she’s the only reason I did not give one star. Very expensive for having no apps with the wine. The first winery offered very nice wine but although the second winery owner was very nice the wines were not. It was a disappointing tour for the price

I want to give full 5 stars to our guide. She had a lot of knowledge and was good at explaining and telling us about the area and the wine. There are several winemakers they can take you to, and they will differ so our review might not be for the same as someone else. I like it when the winemaker explain the wine. What aromas do we get, what is it supposed to taste like, what food can you paire it with, how do you make this specific wine, what about the soils etc. some of the winemakers we went to did. The last one sadly didn’t. He just poured and said «pinot gris» , but nothing about the soil, the area las, the flavour notes, or anything. So I want to give it 5 stars, but our guide was very nice so I’ll give it 5. we got a lot from this tour. Not just wine but sightseeing as well.
