Bien aime. Excellent guide, bien informé, gentil. Excellentes visites a Colmar, Eiguishem, Riquewhir et au Chateau du Haut Koenigsbourg et tres agréble route des vins. Un peu a la course cependant !

Lena was a great guide, very personal able and friendly with great knowledge. We especially enjoyed Beynac and boating Dordogne River.

A very nice 4 hour wine tour. We saw beatiful villages and tasted some great wines in two wine tasting sessions. Our tour guide Jerome was absolutely great telling about the history of the area and winemaking traditions.

Os lugares são muito bonitos mas não tivemos sorte com o guia Roman. Ele fala inglês com dificuldade e muitas vezes não nos entendeu. Não passou nenhuma informação sobre os lugares, apenas agiu como motorista. Houve outro grupo que saiu com um guia mais jovem e vimos ele passeando pelas cidades com o grupo e dando informações completas. Até ao entrar e sair da van que era muito alta o "guia" não nos ajudou em nada. Ele apenas dirigiu. Isso decepcionou no serviço prestado pela agência Ophorus.

Today we did a half day tour with Laetitia to Medoc. She was extremely knowledgeable about wine, Bordeaux history and more. She had a great personality and made our time with her extra enjoyable. This was our second tour with this company. They are exceptional and have amazing people working for them. We highly recommend any tour with them! Thanks Laetitia!

Ho prenotato un tour in italiano per il 17 settembre alle ore 13,30 costo 305 0 euro. Lunedì 15 mi arriva la conferma ed i biglietti. Martedì 26 alle 20,30 rientro in hotel e mi dicono che hanno chiamato perché il tour non c'è ma posso fare tour in inglese con partenza 8,30. Rimango perplessa devo pensarci poi no invio WA a Viator perché non mi interessa e richiedo il rimborso per tour non effettuato . Dopo un pomeriggio perso a messaggiare mi comunicano che mi rimborseranno il 50%. Questo sarebbe il servizio al cliente? Che vergogna,!

A truly amazing experience. The historic castle was simply incredible, and the historical information provided by our guide Ilya was invaluable. Over many trips booked through Viator, Ilya was one of the funniest and most engaging guides we have had the pleasure of meeting.

Great wineries in the Alsace region
Roman was a very good tour guide and knowledgeable about the wines in the region. We visited two wineries; Habsiger and Robert Blanck near Strasbourg. Learned what Cremant wine is and everyone is the group liked it very much. Toured the wine cellars and tasted great wines that represent the Alsace region

Our guide was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable on the history and science of wine making. The vineyard and the village were stunning. The small groups make the experience less “tourist trap”. Highly recommend!
