Our 4-hour tour was on a beautiful early Fall day, 7 people plus our tour guide who is very knowledgeable, not only about the Alsace wine region but is a sommelier so was able to add to the presentations we received at the two different wineries. The area is picturesque and the people who presented a variety of wines for tasting were personable and generous with their time. We highly recommend the tour we took, but if I had it to do over I would reserve the all-day tour.

Valentin is an amazing tour guide. Never known someone more knowledgeable about a topic. He appeared really passionate about the D Day Landings and anything Normandy related. Excellent English! I would highly recommend this tour to give you a great overview of the US sector of the D Day landings

Our full-day tour of St Emilion was excellent. The three wineries we visited were well selected : varied in the wines being produced so that the cave tours and tastings were informative and fun. The guide for our group of 7 adults, Elode, was delightful : knowledgeable, personable, and with a welcoming sense of humor. It was a definite highlight of our Bordeaux visit, and I really enjoyed being given time at St Emilion to explore this historic village on our own. Very well done.

Myself and some friends had the wonderful Laetitia as our guide for the afternoon. From the outset she made everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. Laetitia was very knowledgeable about wines, Bordeaux and the area we visited. The vineyard we visited was beautiful. Laetitia is passionate about her job and made sure we had the best experience. I would highly recommend this tour and particularly Laetitia if you are lucky enough to get her!

Carole was great. Very knowledgeable about France, Bordeaux and all of its wine regions and the history of wine and details on the process, science and art of producing wine. She obviously enjoys what she does and is eager to share it. Also a bonus, she is a good driver and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Carole was very knowledgeable about Saint Emilion as the town, the person and the wine region. We really enjoyed visiting Saint Emillion and will be back. Thank you Carole!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Orphorus, Burgundy Villages and wine tour from Dijon. Adam our guide was fantastic, very informative, he had so much knowledge of the area. I learnt so much. The highlight for me was visiting the township where the movie, Chocolat was made. This is a great tour. Please give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Bordeaux Guide, Lea is a gem!

With limited time to explore Bordeaux wine country, this tour was perfectly suited for me. Lea is English speaking and very knowledgeable about wines in the region! Entertaining and engaging visits with several Chateaus made this trip very memorable. Thank you Lea for a wonderful experience. I will definitely refer you to anyone wanting a similar experience.

Excellent Tour

This far exceeded our expectations! Our driver and guide, Mathis, was friendly and knowledgeable. We love wine, but are not experts. There were wine aficionado in our group of 7 and I think they also benefitted from the experience. The Chateaus we visited were gorgeous! Saint Emilion is incredibly beautiful ! We were happy to get a brief explanation from Mathis and have 2 hours to explore on our own. Great day!

Excellent..ride from Bayeauz a little long, but guide was safe driver....tour Excellent, just sometimes hard to hear Lou..but knowledge was wonderful. On time, great English, patient with all.

I took the Alsace Colmar, Medieval Villages & Castle Small Group Day Trip from Strasbourg today led by Jerome. There were eight of us from the US, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. I couldn't recommend it enough! It's the perfect kind of a tour to really get a sense of a region. Jerome was highly knowledgeable and kept us interested talking about the rich history of the region as he drove us to different towns and then toured around them. In a couple places we even had some free time to explore on our own. The group was friendly and interactive with each other as we walked around... it's so nice to get to chat with other travelers as you explore new places. I was on my own and felt completely comfortable with the group. Lots of walking, and climbing stairs at the castle, but totally doable. A complete highlight of my three days in Strasbourg.
