Buy Separate Wine Tour If You Like Wine

Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a nice person. However, the tour seemed rushed. She returned us to the meeting point at 4:30 instead of 5 pm. I think the tour in Albi could be shortened, add 30 minutes to Cordes and 30 minutes to wine tour. The wine stop was the shortest we’ve experienced on a Viator tour. The owner said he would normally give us a taste from the barrels and do more but our guide wouldn’t allow it as she was on a tight schedule. That was a disappointment. Albi and Cordes were nice but vineyard in Gaillac could be better by adding more time and light pairing with wines. For $300 for two, should have been better.

Great side trip from Strasbourg

Our guide was Jerome who had great knowledge about Alsace wines and history. Tour was 4 hours with two wineries and 10 wines, which was plenty. While Strasbourg is a great place it is packed with tourists so this trip was a great half-day opportunity to see the countryside and small towns.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide Thiery, was funny, very entertaining and knowledgeable. We wished we had a little more time to explore Riquewihr. We highly recommend this tour.

Time Well Spent

An efficient use of time, a knowledgeable and informative guide (Mathis) who did not talk too much as some do, lovely scenery and a good mix of vioneyards and town.

Fantastic experience on...

Fantastic experience on the Saint Emilion day trip. We visited 3 chateau with a tasting at each one. The stop in Saint Emilion provided the opportunity to explore the local sights and experience the local restaurants. Our guide, Rodolphe, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely made the trip even more enjoyable and fun. It was very hot on tbe day of our tour, however the buses were comfortable and well air conditioned. I would not hesitate to book this experience.

Worst ever experience

Terrible service – rude staff and zero help! I accidentally booked a ticket for the wrong date and asked for either a refund or to change the date. Instead of helping, the staff were completely useless and unbelievably rude. No flexibility, no support, just attitude. As a first-time tourist in France, this was an awful and embarrassing experience. They clearly don’t care about customers at all. If you make even the smallest mistake, they’ll just shrug and leave you stuck. Disgraceful behavior. Avoid them if you don’t want your trip ruined.

A Beautiful Excursion on the Right Bank

A wonderful mix of wine tasting (for us at 3 different vineyards) and exploring the lovely town of Saint Emillion. If you're looking to sample wines of the region, learn about it's history, and spend time in the village of Saint Emillion itself, this the tour for you!

Excellent Tour of the Left Bank

A great way to sample the wines of Margaux and Haut-Medoc specifically (at least for our tour in June 2025). Each winery had something amazing to offer and seeing the Gironde Estuary up close after lunch was truly special.

Beautiful Cote de Nuit

Despite it being a rainy day, and we were the only 2 on the tour, we had a very interesting and enjoyable visit to the wineries and a beautiful drive around the Cote de Nuit. The wines were diverse and learning about their production made the visit.
