I would give zero stars if I could. A team of 11 couldn’t play the game as despite there being tickets purchased, the app kept saying they hadn’t been. Even though you could blatantly see them and had receipts. We just received an error message. One of our group scanned the tickets to join the lobby and they simply disappeared. I asked for a refund. The company did initially respond wanting more information and the email addresses of those who purchased tickets, which I did. I have heard nothing since. Terrible customer service. We feel robbed.
