Sid, our guide was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and funny. We saw a LOT in 3 hours and were so thankful to have this tour! Trying to see the art and learn anything about it seems impossible without someone like Sid.

They cheated me took the tour fees as i am late for 10 minutes i can’t find the tour guide there anymore even they don’t have whatss app to message them and they so rude really they ar cheater refused to return money or give me another slot the lady also in customer service so rude and shouting me

Miałam zapłacone za wejście bez kolejki oraz eskortę przewodnika, jednak niestety musiałam stać w długiej kolejce. Przewodniczka, zamiast dokładnie pokazać nam, co robić, wskazała tylko ręką, gdzie mamy stać. Mówiła bardzo szybko i nie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji, co było dla mnie frustrujące. Dodatkowo, przewodnik w języku polskim nie chciał się zainstalować w aplikacji, co tylko pogłębiło moje rozczarowanie. Całe doświadczenie nie spełniło moich oczekiwań, zwłaszcza że zapłaciłam za usługę, która miała zapewnić mi wygodę i lepsze zrozumienie miejsca. Mam nadzieję, że moje przyszłe doświadczenia będą znacznie lepsze i bardziej satysfakcjonujące. Zastanawiam się również, czy warto podzielić się swoimi uwagami z organizatorami, aby mogli poprawić jakość swoich usług.
