Wir hatten vor dem Treppensteigen eine Wartezeit von 90 Minuten. Der Guide Herr Prabhav (City Wonders) stand mit uns an der Kasse an. Nebenan gab es beim Eingang für E-Tickets keine Warteschlange. Unsee Guide war nett und hat viel erzählt, das verkürzte die Wartezeit. Auch oben auf dem Turm (1.Stock) gab es noch Infos. Dauer der Tour war insgesamt 2 Stunden. Man konnte dann noch ohne Guide zur 2. Ebene gehen. Etwa 30 Minuten sollte man dafür einplanen. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch. Runter durfte man den Aufzug nehmen.

Sam was an excellent tour guide. He was very passionate about WW2 history and very knowledgeable about everything and any question asked. He was funny and sarcastic and made the trip very enjoyable. He was a personable guy and also took admirable precaution with everyone’s safety throughout the ride. I highly recommend him if you’re thinking about taking this amazing trip.

An sich war es toll. Treffpunkt sofort gefunden, Guide sehr freundlich. Gemeinsam zum Eifelturm gelaufen, ca. 2 min. für die Karten mussten wir dann anstehen, das habe ich nicht verstanden. der Guide hat für uns alle, die am Treffpunkt waren, Karten gekauft. da war ich enttäuscht, weil eine Karte bis zum Gipfel 26€ kostet! und wir so viel mehr bezahlt haben. Preis Leistung, nicht in Ordnung!

Following New Year celebrations it was busier than usual. But if confusion with the start point of the tour but soon on our way. Self tour an app was fine although it perhaps could have included a bit more information throughout the museums as there was so much to see. App crashed a few times even though it was downloaded and not requiring Wi-Fi.

Gut ist der Service, um schnell in die Museen zu kommen. Dort geht es zu und her wie auf einem überfüllten Jahrmarkt, weil alle die gleiche Runde ablaufen 'müssen'... Der Guide ist zu spartanisch, Internet nicht immer verfügbar, habe zum Glück noch den Museumsguide gemietet, der günstigster, besser und ohne Probleme zu bekommen ist.

Sehr schlecht. Vollkommen überteuert. Der Guide hat 10 min etwas erzählt und hat sich danach von der Gruppe entfernt. Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

vous avez une très mauvaise organisation je ne passerai plus jamais par votre application, nous avons payé 5 billets à 52 € pour au final ne pas aller le visiter, incompréhensible de savoir qu'il faut voir quelqu'un pour avoir ses billets alors que j'ai déjà payé je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous ne les avez pas envoyé directement, nous sommes arrivés au Vatican et nous n'avions pas compris qu'il fallait voir quelqu'un à tout prix étant donné que nous vous avons eu au téléphone et que soi-disant vous nous aviez envoyé les billets, ce qui fait que lorsque nous sommes allés au rendez-vous puisque nous n'avions pas compris qu'il fallait se présenter à quelqu'un nous n'avons pas eu nos billets je ne recommanderai jamais votre application et vos services trop déçu trop compliqué
