I think more of an explanation and demonstrate glass making and lace making could happen. This tour was more of a, here’s a shop, go look around. I’ve been to much better glass making demonstrations. No lace making demonstrations or tour occurred. When I entered the shop I was pounced upon to buy and that’s it.

Sonia and Andre were amazing. Sonia was engaging, informative, and kind. Wished the weather was better, but that’s Mother Nature for ya! Would book again for sure if I come with someone!

大晦日に参加しましたが、40人ほどいらっしゃいました。日本人参加者も何組かおられて、安心でした^ ^英語が分からなくても、集合時間など大切なことはガイドの方が個人的に確認してくれるので、安心でした。個人では行きづらいお城を巡ることができて、とても良い思い出になりました。とてもおすすめです！！！

Monica was a fabulous guide for our trip to Murano and Burano. She shared so much knowledge and history and was an excellent narrator. Her suggestion to walk along the canal in Burano was perfect - the views of the quaint town just kept getting better and better. Highly recommend this trip with Monica! The lace demo was not as thorough as the glass demo, but still worthwhile. The boat used for transport was comfortable and trip was smooth.

the Guide arrived too late the Guide arrived too late, the audio sothat WE hear him werent working but Most of all he told wrong information about the painters ....it was Like He had No Idea .....i cant believe He was an Art Historian because He couldnt answer any question....moreover He didnt Take time for the Most important paintings ....He Chose some less important .....when He Said that Van Gong didnt know any other painters and had No friendships i was Sure He IS irrelevant with Art ....i think He was from scottland or Something.....

Paris Food Tour was an Elementary School Children’s Field Trip.
Guide treated us like juveniles and was like a kindergarten class. We were so frustrated we left the tour early on. Contacted Secret Tours and were met by robotic and non caring responses with absolutely no merit. Certainly our last time with this group.

The guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable. Can’t imagine touring the museum without her! The only problem was that the museum opened later than expected.
