Le bon ne donne pas accès au ticket d’entrée il faut aller à la rencontre de personnes dans la rue qui nous échangent le bon contre un ticket. C’est mal expliqué et stressant. En plus l’audio guide est vraiment nul, il n’explique presque rien. Le musée était incroyable mais ça aurait été plus rapide et moins cher de faire la file et d’acheter directement son ticket d’entrée au musée.

What can I say about Serena , she was everything a good tour guide should be , informative , funny , personable , with a depth of knowledge about Venice and all it's surrounding islands , she really made the whole excursion so much more enjoyable. and I can't recommend this trip enough. excellent value for money and such an enjoyable few hours exploring the neighbouring islands of Venice. 10/10 5 stars.

Wycieczka bardzo fajna. Paola która nas oprowadzała rewelacyjna i posiada ogromną wiedzę. Jedyny minus - w ofercie była informacja, że kończymy w tym samym miejscu co zaczynamy. Tymczasem skończyliśmy 2 km od. Gdyby nie deszcz nawet byłby to fajny spacer, ale skoro padało…

honnêtement très nulle, si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais. Tout d'abord l'accueil très médiocre, très désorganisé. Et dans un second temps, l'autoguide est à bannir, très mal fait et surtout des explications très succinctes. Français, éviter ce tour opérateur. Très cher, si je devais revenir, Il vaut mieux réserver directement sur le site du Vatican car Autoguide à 8 euros très complet. A EVITER SI VOUS SOUHAITEZ COMPRENDRE CE QUE VOUS VISITER !!!!
