Tienes que descargarte una app en tu teléfono y lo escuchas con tus cascos. Si no tienes una versión actualizada de iOS o android, no lo puedes descargar. A mi, personalmente, no me ha funcionado. Me ha parecido un timo. Se lo comenté a una de las chicas de la organización y me dijo que no podía hacer nada. Según mi experiencia, lo siento pero no lo recomiendo.

We enjoyed this trip to the Loire valley and had a beautiful day, and our guide Emma was super! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave not only all the information relating to the history of the castles and France in general, but also lots of helpful tips what to see and where to eat in Paris, thank you Emma! You don't have much time in each place, but it's enough to see the main things.

En fantastisk upplevelse tillsammans med min nioåriga son! Vår guide Hendricks var kunnig och supertrevlig. Absolut värt att ta trapporna upp för själva upplevelsen plus att det inte alls var så jobbigt som vi trodde att det skulle vara. Vi gick turen kl 10 och det var skönt beaktat att det inte var lika mycket människor som när vi lämnade. Att vi hade strålande sol och klart väder gjorde så klart upplevelsen extra bra. Vi spenderade totalt 4 h där inkl fikapauser. Väldigt lyckat tyckte vi båda!

Alessandra notre guide a été très bienveillante envers nous. bien que la visite soit faite uniquement en anglais. nous avons découvert la fabrique du verre à Murano. la visite de lIle est quasi impossible si l'on passe par la boutique de verrerie avant, le temps est trop court. Burano est une très belle petite île que nous avons pu découvrir un peu plus. la visite de la dentelle est décevante, on ne voit pas très bien le savoir faire de la "couseuse", en revanche, les articles dont magnifique.

Great tour and Cristina was very knowledgeable and informative. Visit to the glass factory was very interesting and Murano village is worth visiting - do different to Venice Burano is a real gem. The lace making was exquisite. The whole island is a feast to the eyes. The boat transportation was very smooth and comfortable

Amazing Louvre Tour with Martha! We had an incredible experience at the Le Louvre thanks to our guide, Martha. She expertly navigated us through the crowds and took us straight to the most famous and significant sculptures and paintings, providing fascinating insights along the way. Without her, we would have been lost in the vast collection of art and overwhelmed by the sheer number of visitors. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling made the tour truly unforgettable. We highly recommend City Guide Tours with Martha—she was great!
