Her melodious, engaging voice made everything a pleasure to listen to, and she was incredibly accommodating and inclusive throughout the experience. Most importantly, she constantly checked in to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves and felt truly part of the group. An outstanding guide who made the day unforgettable.

Illena was a great tour guide, did a great job explaining the history and areas that we passed on the way to Murano and Burano, gave us great recommendations on what to do in Murano and Burano, and then gave us a good amount of time given the restraints of the tour length to go and explore on our own. The tour was a great opportunity to visit Murano and Burano as well as get out on the lagoon and away from crowds in Venice.

Our tour guide was fantastic, she was friendly and gave us so much information on the tower. Sadly we lost her as soon as we got up the tower (our fault) We did the summit and it was fantastic. Then we did the siene cruise and again it was brilliant. Glad I booked it for my son and I.

Our guide Frankie was really knowledgeable and her explanations were helpful and insightful. We enjoyed the free time to explore both islands and see the local traditional handicrafts. The boat ride was fun and safe, and the driver did a great job navigating. We only wish the windows had been cleaned to allow us to have a better view of the lagoon and islands Frankie was telling us about.

Valentina was an excellent guide. We enjojed the glass factory tour in Murano. Burano was very colorful. Great shopping and be sure to go to the biscotti store.

Our tour guide Sylvia was excellent! Not only did she tell us about Venice and the surrounding area, she also, at our request, suggested some other places to visit during our stay. Our tour to Murano and Burano was delightful. We had an interesting tour of a glass blowing facility and an opportunity to look at their store. Unfortunately, there was only time to see one other facility before we went to Burano. The lace was beautiful and we had more time to wander in this town. We enjoyed these towns so much that we returned the next day taking a vaporetto.

Ion was a fantastic tour guide! Funny, unbiased, very informative and spoke excellent English. The crypts were a short experience but very cool to see the bones. Afterwards we walked to get on our air conditioned coach (driver was very good!) to see the catacombs. Catacombs were easily the highlight. Very narrow though so not recommended if claustrophobic or super tall! Finally got on the coach to see a basilica (church) which was five minutes from the colosseum.

De gids vertelde leuk en had informatief goede informatie. Ivm mensen met hoogtevrees lag het tempo ietswat te hoog.
