The Versailles portion of this trip was fantastic! The transportation was smooth. The company rep did a great job getting us checked in and giving over information before we got to Versailles. Our guide (I think his name was Mustafa) was amazing. Really amazing. After Versailles, the rest wasn’t nearly as interesting, nor as efficiently run. We had a new company rep at that point, and as much as I don’t like posting any negative reviews, he was really a downgrade. He wasn’t sure if himself, so nothing felt smooth. When he gave over information about Giverny, it was monotone off a paper script. He did a poor job of gathering us back on the bus. Overall, the Versailles trip was great. Giverny itself was also pretty boring. Not much to do, and too full of people to enjoy the tranquility of the gardens. 5 stars for Versailles. 2-3 stars for the rest.

Directions to the meeting place were clear and it was easy to meet up with our guide. We went to Versailles first, which was awesome because it got more crowded throughout the day. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. There was a slight hiccup with our garden tickets being immediately available but it was handled with little delay. We had time to go through the gardens and catch lunch in Versailles. Our guide recommended a nearby street and it had many desirable options. The description made it sound like we would travel to the gardens but you just exit the palace when you are ready and you are in the gardens. We met up within a 20 minute window and were on our way to Giverny. There was a line to go inside the house but it wasn’t long and definitely worth it.We had plenty of time to see the house, the gardens and grab food .

Susanna hat uns sehr gut durch den Nachmittag geführt. Wir haben viel Interessantes und Neues von ihr erfahren. Sie hat etwas Persönliches und aus dem Leben der Venezianer erzählt! Es war ein wunderschöner Ausflug! Besonderes special: Select Spritz! 🍷Auch Andeea, unser Kapitän, hat uns sicher durch die Lagune geführt! Danke!!

O guia (Anish) fez um esforço por fornecer informações mas toda a organização é péssima: passámos mais tempo na fila do que se não tivéssemos visita guiada; no final não havia bilhetes garantidos para ir ao topo. Péssima organização e péssimo serviço embora a simpatia do guia. Evitem este serviço, desperdício de tempo e dinheiro.
