Our guide was very knowledgeable and enjoyed her stores. Since some of us are older she was careful on where to walk and took her time Very good tour and well worth the time and money.

Leider hat man erst nach dem Kauf gesehen, dass die Tickets im Vorhinein in physischer Form abgeholt werden sollen. Der Treffpunkt mit dem Guide sollte nicht direkt am Turm, sondern an einer großen Kreuzung stattfinden, die wir nur mit Mühe finden konnten. Treffpunkt war 9:45, die Führung um 10. Als wir um 9:55 ankamen, war der Guide schon weg und es war alles umsonst. Haben uns den Turm dann nur von unten angeguckt, den mit dem QR Code von GYG hat man keinen Zutritt, bzw. keine Eintrittskarte

Eiffel Tower portion: the ticket may be for 9:30, but we didn’t get to the top until 12:30. Despite meeting at 9:30, our guide provided a lot of information on the ground, first floor, and second floor. The information was great, but please don’t expect to beat the lines by booking this early tour. If you are looking to just go up with the summit, you will have a better chance at lining up early and going that way. Boat portion: the boat tickets are not bookable online and you need to show up at the actual boat station. The times are only until 5:45, so if you are looking for a night cruise don’t book this option.

Excellent tour guide Silvia. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of facts and history. She was very engaged with the tour group and she was very helpful with many of us individually like transportation to the airport, restaurants, etc. We used her “Silvia’s List” for a restaurant recommendation. I highly recommend this tour when you’re in Venice.

le temps passé à Murano (45mn) n'est pas suffisant pour visiter. il ne sert qu'à voir une démonstration de soufflage de verre et à passer à la boutique. impossible de visiter l'ile. pour Burano, le temps permet de déambuler dans les rues et de faire des achats.
