I used to love this escape room, but this visit was so bad it completely flipped my opinion, which is saying something considering we paid $156 for the privilege. The woman running our game couldn’t have cared less. We sat waiting for about ten minutes before she finally emerged from the back wrapped in a blanket and smelling like weed to check us in. She didn’t greet us when we arrived, didn’t check in during or after, and didn’t even offer to take a picture when we finished. Last time I came, the guy working was funny, friendly, and actually made the experience feel special. This time, it felt like we were bothering her just by being there. One of the locks was already open when we walked in, so the room wasn’t even set up right. On top of that, one of the props was dead. Instead of just fixing it, she waited until we wasted a clue, then came in without a word, snatched it from our hands, dropped a replacement, and left. When we finished, no one came over. We stood around waiting, but eventually just took our own photo. The whole thing felt lazy, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth $156. This place used to be fun, but if this is the staff they’re hiring now, it’s not somewhere I’ll be recommending again.

Smelled like weed as soon as we walked in, game master was unprofessional and came in the room towards the end and said “are ya’ll gone answer my damn question on the screen?”. After finishing the room he told us to leave a review but leave negative comments to ourselves, couldn’t tell if he was joking or not but asking for a cash tip at the end after that was crazy.

So far, I've done 2 escape rooms here - Cartel and Isolation. I think the game masters are funny and super kind, and my family had a wonderful time both times we went! I do a lot of escape rooms around North Georgia, and I think these ones are fun and out of the box! Def coming back for the other 2 rooms :)

I never been to an escape room , and for my first time I had the best experience I think I’ll ever get in an escape room. And the girl that was typing on the screen had me and my family laughing .😆

Amazing experience. We are from out of town and when we are back in the area we will be back to try the other rooms. I highly recommend.

10/10 Definitely Recommend! It was the most ghetto fabulous escape room ever, so be prepared to get down & dirty! Haha! Me & my friends did the Cartel & it was so fun! We almost thought we weren't gonna make it out but we made it with 8 mins to spare! The game guide's sense of humor is hilarious, you better make sure you have thick skin lol! But if you want to be chained to the floor in someone's basement, definitely book your spot now! You wont regret it!
