PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! SO FUN!
my family had a wonderful time on our white water rafting trip! we went twice, and are planning our next visit! our guide was micah, and he was absolutely wonderful! he was personable, funny, calm, and reassuring, even when we got stuck on a rock pretty good! he handled everything like a champ, and our family was glad to have him! we 100% recommend that you go white water rafting, and ask for micah!

Guide was friendly and fun. Trip was well organized. River was mostly calm, some exciting parts, 1/4 day was perfect for my less adventurous kids.

It was our first rafting trip and it was so much fun. Michael our guide did an excellent job maneuvering through the river and rocks. He shared some interesting information about the sights! Than you for all your help Michael and a wonderful ride.

We did the full day Clear Creek rafting trip with Micah and had a blast. Micah was the best guide. His strength, confidence, knowledge of the creek, and sense of humor made the trip especially fun. The lunch provided was delicious and the scenery fantastic. Would highly recommend Mild to Wild rafting to anyone seeking a little adventure on the water.

Great relaxing day on the Colorado River. Our guide was Rollo who was friendly and calm as we navigated our way. This was our first time rafting and Mild to Wild was an excellent experience and value for the adventure!

During our family of four 40-day adventure we spent four nights in Durango, Colorado. My 12 and 13 year old daughters had never been rafting so the Lower Animas Rafting 3/4 day adventure was the perfect choice. Steven was our guide and was the best! He ensured we were prepared before stepping into the raft. Safety, technique, and fun were the agenda for the day. While the river was lower than normal it was fun navigating different ways to get past the many rocks. It was also nice that Steven suggested we grab some trash that washed was stuck in river debris. Tyler was another guide helping kayakers we traveled with and was really nice. It was fun interacting and enjoying the perfect day together. I recommend the 3/4 day which includes lunch and more time on the river. There was plenty of time to jump for a swim and we even surfed one of the rapids.

All the folks at Mild to Wild are great and clearly love what they do. It’s like rafting with friends. My son, his friend and I had a great time! A special shout out to our guide Ryan who was outstanding and a ton of fun.

We took the lower Animas river trip in July, 2025. Myself and 4 grandchildren ages 9-14. Our guide was Kip. It was a great trip. Kip tailored the trip to the grandchildren and they are still talking about it. None of us had been on a river trip before and this was a great first trip. The grandchildren are still talking about the trip. Very glad we did this.

Had a fantastic raft ride with Mild to Wild’s guide Toby. He was funny, informative and clearly very skilled at his job. We did a “Mild” ride but he still managed to take us on a class 2/3 rapid for a little wild and talked us through perfectly . 10/10 would definitely recommend

We did a 3/4 day rafting trip, and had a FANTASTIC time! Our guide was Stephen, and he was AWESOME! Really professional on the water, and worked with us early on to work as a team on the water. The rapids were a blast, and the lunchtime stop was refreshing with some local sandwiches. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The trip was awesome! We did the intermediate package and got to do a couple class 4 rapids. Our guide, Toby, was professional and focused on safety but also made the trip fun! Would recommend.

Sam is a great guide! We did the 1/2 day raft, and it was great! Toby was a guide in another raft, and they had good comradery going down the river together! Great time!
