Great tour

Had a fabulous day with our great tour guide Miles. Miles was very knowledgeable not only about the Pueblo culture but also about all the mountain ranges and vegetation we saw. Parts of Mesa Verde was not open due to the government shutdown but Miles made up for it and we didn’t feel short changed. Miles was a safe driver. We would definitely go again because there’s so much to take in

Darren was a great guide, very knowledgeable! And a very safe driver. We really enjoyed driving on the BLM roads, far away fron thr crowds. Amazing scenery, we especially liked the wind caves.

Very organized and safe. Guides ensure everyone has a fun time and safe on this river. Bring aqua socks. Water is cold even in summer so a rash guard helped

My wife and I had a Mesa Verde van tour in late October with Miles. He provided outstanding information about the archeology, indigenous peoples, terrain, climate throughout our tour. I also called the phone line and spoke with Tim about hiking opportunities in the Durango area. He listened and gave us effective guidance. This company provides excellent service!

4 Day Cataract Canyon Rafting Trip - Book it!

Wow! It is hard to put into words how epic and amazing this 4 day trip was. Jeff and Caleb were superb with our family! We felt totally safe and cared for the entire time. The rapids were a blast - low water was just right our first multi day rafting trip. The kids really enjoyed scouting before the rapid sections. It feels like we did about 20 rapids in one day! We especially loved the side hikes with Jeff were we saw pictographs and petroglyphs! Caleb taught us so much about the canyon and gave the kids their new favorite song. Leaving them and the river was very hard to do. We saw river otters, big horn sheep, and peregrine falcons. Can't wait for our next trip!! Oh and the food was delicious too. Child 1:"I loved the guides! The rapids were sooo fun. I love steak night. I'd give them a million stars if it was a thing" Child 2: "I loved the rapids!" Dad: "LNOTR!!!!"

Outstanding scenery, tour, & guide!

This package was first rate! The car travel from Durango to Silverton was so scenic. The driver shared history of the area, weather tips, and personal experiences of living in the area. Once in Silverton we transferred to a Jeep. And off the main road to a path up in the forest and nearly 12,000 ft! We saw remnants of mines, waterfalls, and just being in the midst of the San Juan Mtns is indescribable beautiful and humbly the power of nature.

Below average tour

Cat- our tour guide was excellent so none of this reflects on her part. Overall - this tour was disappointing for the price and expectations. 1. Government shutdown - passengers should’ve been warned in advance that this tour would be cut short significantly. 2. Food - clearly the tour operators did not communicate with their staff about food preferences. Multiple people in the group did not have their food accommodated even with pre-requests so this is extremely poor service for those with dietary restrictions and allergies. Overall - this tour was not impressive - we missed out on the entire national park without warning, still charged, no food requests. Instead of wasting time at multiple gas station stops this tour company should add Four Corners to the itinerary if there are known issues. Again this is nothing against the tour guide - she was excellent and did her job the best she could. The tour company should seriously be considerate for those who traveled far a national park tour. -Hamish and Kinal Patel

Our full day tour in the Mesa Verde area was breathtaking. Got to see parts of the world that will just blow your mind. We were particularly happy with our tour guide, Jay who really knew the history and geology of the area and gave us insights into history that we had not understood before.

Amazing experience.

Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was amazing and we loved. The thing I didn’t like is that there was no entrance fee because of the government shoutdown and we still payed full price for the tour.

Very satisfying experience with guide Miles. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about the details of Mesa Verde history, listened intently to questions, and managed a vehicle breakdown very safely and effectively. Did this all despite the park challenges related to the govt shutdown.

A good overview tour

Pretty much what we looked for and expected. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The van was comfortable and clean. We made about six stops and were able to hike a short distance to good viewing spots. Thanks for a good tour.
