I called one time months ago to make a polite inquiry about a trip on their site. I've since received 3-4 voicemails and over a dozen emails. Lay off the hyper aggressive marketing. I live in Ohio anyway.

I recently went on a Mild to Wild Cataract Canyon trip that included instruction from 4CRS and it was a wonderful experience. The guides from Mild to Wild -- Marcus, Jordan, Ben, and Trey -- did a great job of moving us around, providing safety and transport on the river, and feeding us. I felt very pampered. And 4CRS did a great job with the instruction, helping me become a better board. I highly recommend these companies and this trip!

I'm 68 years old, trying to hang onto my youth, I've white water raft in every class four and five river east of the Mississippi when I was much younger I just wanted to have a nice relaxing ride on the river. I went solo with a guide because other people backed out because of the weather it was absolutely wonderful time. I really appreciated the fact that they accommodated me and I did not have to rebook, Thank you.

We had such a fantastic time on our tour with Ben! So thankful that M2W was able to squeeze us in for a last minute tour. We had three kids with us of various ages and they really enjoyed learning about the river, rocks, and navigating the small rapids. The guides were so light hearted and fun but we felt super safe. We'll hope to be back again soon!!

Shawn was our amazing guide on Thursday morning. He was so good because he showed so much enthusiasm and was very grateful that us going there allowed him to do what he loved for a job. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the trip very engaging for all the passengers.

Dylan was an incredible white water rafting guide! From the moment we got on the water, he made everyone feel safe, confident, and ready for an adventure. He gave clear instructions, kept the energy high, and knew exactly how to navigate every rapid like a pro. What really stood out was how much he cared about the group—checking in on everyone, keeping things fun, and making sure we were all having a great time. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in the experience he creates. If you get the chance to raft with Dylan, don’t pass it up. Easily a 5-star guide and one of the highlights of the trip!

Seth and Dylan were totally awesome guides! Had an outstanding experience on the Colorado River. The team ran everything with professionalism from start to finish, gave clear direction that kept it safe and fun, and connected really well with the kids. You could tell they knew exactly how to balance structure with a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Mild to wild rafting on a cloudy afternoon
We rode a big bus up the canyon and heard lots of interesting things on the way of the canyon. The boat ride was fantastic and had a lot of fun even though the water level is low it’s still gives you a rush we got a good workout paddling and even got to see an American Eagle.

We had an awesome time with Seth as our guide on a mild full-day ride on the Colorado River. The river was low so the mild was definitely mild, but Seth and the whole Mild to Wild crew kept it fun. It is a very well-run outfit, and I highly recommend it!

Rafted Castle Rock near Moab in April. Water was running low but our guide, Brandon, still made it fun for the 5 kids in our boat. All the guides on this tour were great!
