Jeep tour with Doug around Silverton was a lot if fun and very informative. He was a great tour guide. The train ride was beautiful but after the first hour long and to be honest a little boring. Also did the Lower Animas Rafting for a day trip. It was a lot of fun - great trip for first time rafters like us. Loved our guide Grace. It was incredible to watch her thread us through the rocks. Hope to see her again on the Salt.

I went rafting with Mild to Wild on my birthday with my family and my friends and we had a blast! Most of us were experienced rafters and so our guide Don let us do a lot of play surfing in the rapids and he made sure the trip was fun and interesting, plus I even got a birthday swim! Professional company with great guides!

Best whiteH2O rafting outfit in Durango! Guide Phil aka Stone Cold is a great guide and river raft pilot. Hit all the white rapids and certainly got wet!

We went to Mild to Wild in Durango, CO. My mom and I traveled there with 3 teenagers. We choose to do the rafting on the longer trip. Our guide Aaron, was a lot of fun and was patient and kind to the kids. He made a fun experience even more fun. We went through the rapids without a hitch. The kids had fun with the water squirters, creating fun between the other rafts with kids and kids at heart in them. We all had a great time. One of the best experiences and memories were created. Thank you Aaron and Mild to Wild! We look forward to meeting you again!

17 people waited for a bus that was late, not much but come on folks, eighty bucks each the bus ought to be there, we were. Thought we were getting a "jeep" tour but rode in the back of pickup trucks on gravel roads crowded with ATVs, lots of dust, but no adventure. Just about any SUV could have made the trip. Nice people, tried their best. Incredible scenery.

I recently took a group of 10 Girl Scout on the two day San Miguel rafting trip. I’ll admit I was a little nervous before hand because I knew we would be camping out with the company. But after 10 min with the River Guides we would have I knew my girls were in great hands. The guides were so wonderful with each and every kiddo we brought with us. They made sure everyone was having fun, and staying safe. We were well taken care of at each meal we shared with the company, and had a great time playing games around the campfire on the night we camped out. There wasn’t one moment during the whole trip we would change. This company is AMAZING! We will be using them for many, many years to come. In fact we’re using them again for two other trips this year!

I have been on the Salt, Animas, Piedra, and San Miguel rivers with Mild to Wild. They proved to be the best company to go rafting with!! Then I tried their jeep trail tour and was not dissapointed! The driver knew so much about the land and took us to some great spots! When I went on the Salt river it was lower water (it was the only time I could go - May). But the lower water did not stop the guides from showing all of us an amazing time and took all the best routes down the river! We did the campout option and it was a blast! We meet some great people and the guides had some fun stories for all of us! I highly recommend this company over and over again!!

Interesting review about the weed smoking raft guide which was obviously written by a Mild To Wild Competitor. Alex and Molly, the owners are known and respected by river Guides from Taos down to the Grand and the Salt in Arizona. The team at Mild To Wild is long term and stay with the company because of the management style. The guides are in the business for the rivers and the people, when they talk about the area its from the heart and not some made up nonsense. If you are Looking for a day trip on the Salt or Animas then look no further than Mild to Wild. Interested in Guide School and want to learn from the best then Josh, Sam and Drew are the most experienced and knowledgeable Guides in the South West.

I have booked many trips with Mild to Wild and each time they are professional and provide a memorable experience. I especially enjoyed the Kayaking trip I went on with my brother on the Lower Animas. He had a blast and the guides were helpful and made sure my brother was safe. The other trip I did with them was the Upper Animas. This whole experience is truly unforgettable and the guides that took the group up there were amazing and well trained to raft that river. I would suggest this company to anyone looking to go rafting in Durango and Arizona.

Their jeep tours take you to amazingly beautiful places and their inflatable kayaking trip was sooo much fun! Their guides were also amazing. They were informative, friendly and helpful. They had me duckying like a pro in no time! Most fun I've had in a long time!!!

I've gone on several trips with Mild to Wild; Lower Animas, Piedra, Upper Animas, and Salt River. Always have a great time. Guides and office staff are super friendly and helpful. I am especially impressed with the Upper Animas guides. The Upper Animas is an intimidating river and I felt very safe with my guides. I would definitely recommend Mild to Wild to others, and will do trips with them in the future.
