Luke was a fantastic guide. He was so knowledgeable about the geology and history of the area. He is an interesting person and kept the entire day lively with discussions. The scenery was breathtaking. It was fun to raft The Colorado. A few rapids, but otherwise very gentle. We talked to other guides and they were all wonderful. Several times, we were able to swim and drift in The Colorado. Lots of fun.

Everyone we worked with at Mild to Wild was professional and friendly. Our river guides Marcus and Mike are who we spent the most time with of course on our 4 day 3 night river rafting expedition through the Gates of Lodore and they were awesome! The food was amazing, especially considering the remote locations where we ate the 10 meals on real plates and utensils. It's really remarkable how much equipment they're able to bring on these trips. They provided appetizers and desert for every dinner, hot drinks every morning and lunches set up mid-day on sand bars or wherever made sense. The views were epic and overall experience top notch!

This is absolutely the best place to go for a family adventure. My family went on the Kayak (the duckies) adventure and had the most amazing time. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They did not let anyone feel left out or, that anyone was slower than the other. You guys were awesome and thank you for making our family trip a memorable one. Hats off to everyone here especially the guides. You guys are so awesome and enthusiastic.

Worst rental experience. Wouldn't give us the correct duckies that we rented and employees seemed "put out" by having to fix their mistake. We asked for break down paddles and none of the halves fit together after we got down to the river. One of the duckies we were given deflated half way down the river and we had to take time out to reinflate the raft. Maybe the employees were having a tough day, but we won't ever return.

Had a blast on an AM 1/2 day Castle Valley rafting trip. Our raft guide Caleb made the trip fun and safe. Great option for a chill first white water rafting venture!

If you’re debating on whether to ride with Mild to Wild — book the trip. It was such an amazing experience from booking to time on the river. I appreciated the reminder emails of weather expectations, what to pack, and things to do in Moab on before or after rafting. The trip itself was beyond excellent. Our Team Lead, Scott, with Abby, Jeff, and two other guides from the Mild to Wild fam but new to the river and getting trained, Sara and Emma, we’re increíble. They were all SO kind, funny, caring, and super knowledgeable about the river and area sharing little tid bits of info along the float. When it came to the rapids, I felt 110% safe and well taken care of if anything did happen. They made sure everything was locked in, secured and reminded guests to make sure their items were too. Meals were delicious too. If you’re thinking about doing the cataract canyon - I think the 4 day trip was perfect. Three would be way too quick. Will definitely keep Mild to Wild in mind for other Utah/Colorado raft trips and will be recommending to friends too.

2nd time rafting with Mild to Wild in Durango. Absolutely had a blast and Emma by far was the BEST guide, she made our trip!! Cant wait to come back and hoping she will be back next season.

We had an amazing Rafting trip with Mild to Wild. Our guide Abbie was so much fun. The entire guide crew was so fun and knew what they were doing. Even the kiddos (7 & 9) felt safe and loved every minute. The entire process from reservations to the actual raft tour and back was seamless. I would highly recommend Mild to Wild. We will be back the next time we visit Durango.

I did the 4-day Gates of Ladore rafting trip with my wife and daughter, and it was fabulous from start to finish. The scenery was amazing, and each day was different, with colorful, steep-walled canyons, eroded rock formations, sandy beaches, varied wildlife, and thousand-year-old petroglyphs and pictographs. The food was delicious and varied and the guides were terrific: competent and experienced yet great fun. All around this trip was a highlight of a lifetime of travel.

Great Guide very knowledge on river and rafting. Made us feel welcome through the whole trip! She encouraged my son Favio to float down river, which was a plus for me. Sack Lunch was excellent. Defetnetly would be back to raft with mild wild. Excellent people.
