It was a very serene and tranquil rafting trip. The river was fairly calm and had no significant rapids when we went rafting. Huge mountains line both banks of the river for the entire path, adding to the beauty of the rafting experience. I found the whole rafting experience enjoyable, especially after our guide let my son jump into the river.

We booked a full day Mesa Verde with Johnathan. My husband and our young adult children all really enjoyed the tour so much; the trip really exceeded our expectations! Johnathan was knowledgeable, engaging, and so nice. I would highly recommend Mild to Wild and specifically Johnathan!

Whitewater rafting down the San Miguel River in Telluride was definitely an experience! It was so much fun, our guide Wilson was great and made us feel safe, despite feeling nervous. Listen to your guide and stay alert- be prepared to duck under trees, logs and branches. Also loved the crew air-dropped us photos and videos at the end, what a fun surprise! Pro tip- leave phone in car, get the wetsuit + water shoes, and leave a dry pair of clothes and socks in the car for after (you’ll thank me later). Also bring a clip for your water bottle.

My family and I had the greatest time. Very well organized and run. All the guides are very friendly. However, I will say our guide, Dylan, was the best!! Go check them out spend the morning with a nice float down the Animas River!!

Our half day rafting trip on the Animas river was great. We had never rafted before and the guides made the trip easy, safe, and fun. Thank you to our guide Konrad who we enjoyed chatting with and shared interesting things along the way. This trip was great for both adults and kids (beware of squirt gun battles) We can’t wait to come back!
