Not for the average Joe
The scenery was amazing but the ride was much more rough than we expected. I may not have investigated enough and I’ve never done a jeep tour, but my daughter and I both thought it was pretty extreme. We road in the jeep for the way back and it was much better. Our tour guide was not as forthcoming with information but was responsive to questions.

We had an incredible experience with Mild to Wild! My wife and I booked a morning float down the Colorado River while visiting Moab to escape the heat, and it ended up being the most scenic rafting trip we’ve done anywhere in the U.S. The views were absolutely stunning. Our guide, Gavin, was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the local geology, river history, and wildlife. Spotting a bald eagle along the way was a major highlight! We’d absolutely book a multi-day rafting trip with them next time. This is a top-notch outfit—highly recommended!

Awesome!
What a wonderful way to spend the morning, floating on the Colorado River. Annie was our guide and she was awesome. Caveat, it’s says it’s 4 hours, but that includes the time spent loading/unloading so actual river time was about 1 1/2 hours. Loved it.

Great way to see mesa verde.
Very good tour with a full day we see most of mesa verde and learn about the ancestral puebleans. Our guide art trevino did a great job, with good pacing. Very knowledgeable about the area and history.

Unforgettable trip
Art Trevino was an excellent guide. He was informative and we learned a lot about the ancestral Puebloans. The cliff dwellings we saw on the many were amazing, especially the Cliff palace tour.

Great 1/2 float with Gavin. We’ve done floats before and Mild to Wild was our favorite. Gavin was a lot of fun, very informative, really nice and even his jokes were pretty funny! We’re looking forward to a longer float next year. Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful river rafting experience with Mild to Wild. Our river guide was Gavin, who was as entertaining with his jokes as he was informative with his in-depth knowledge of the geology and history of the area. And it is important for me to stress that these guys are highly trained professionals. We felt completely safe and taken care of, even though we had very little experience doing rapids in a raft. We are already looking seriously at their multi-day rafting trips for next year. We will definitely want Gavin to be our guide.

Fantastic, Chill River trip - highly recommend
This was a fantastic river trip in Castle Valley. We cannot recommend this trip enough. Our guide, Ben was fantastic. He helped all the newbies feel comfortable and gave an overall great trip. Loads of fun history and geological information.

We had. am awesome, nviigorating experience on this half-day tour of Mesa Verde. Our tour guide Jerry was congenial, and very seasoned in terms of knowing the history. We felt like we learned so much. He peppered his tour info with some humor and my wife and I felt right at home with him. This was a "Top-Shelf" experience, very well worth the cost.

Lovely trip, should have taken the longer one (took the short one due to kids). Rapids were just ok for small kids (4-9 years old) Brandon was a great guide.
