Late 5 min loosing 219€ and tickets refused to be provided.
Delayed to meet the Group and the operator called and informed that group left. I apologise and asked to be provided with my tickets so I can visit the Louvre alone with my family. Operator said that tickets are for group and I can provide you the tickets. I respond to operator that such detail is not written in the terms and conditions. Operator said call the Viator which sales the tickets. After the operator just not to loose chance asked to pay again 219€ and they will provide me 20% discount, i simply refused and said that i will speak with Viator. Once I contacted Viator, informed that Viator cannot refund the tickets because the operator refused the refund. Totally ridiculous. Even when the ticket terms are not covering such case they just refused to give your money back.

Wonderful Tour
The museum itself is an architectural masterpiece with the paintings and sculptures displayed in excellent sequence. The guide, Marian, was absolutely outstanding in her knowledge, ability to explain and articulate the beauty and technique aspects of the paintings reviewed.

Versailles
Our guide Berick, who traveled with us to Versailles was excellent. He explained how to return well. Our guide Silvany st Versailles was outstanding! Very knowledgeable in the history and presented very well.

Berick was great at getting us to Versailles and to our guide. Sylvani was an awesome tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable but also funny. Her stories were hilarious about the history of Versailles. She also made sure to ask if we would like our photos taken, which was so nice. This was not part of the tour but I recommend renting the golf carts after the tour is complete to tour the gardens as they are huge. Awesome tour !

Wonderful tour!
The tour operator communicated meeting point time and place clearly. Caroline provided a well informed tour , and was very conscientious of the guests needs! We also had the benefit of jumping the line at the site and hand guided through security!
