This was a group tour led by Karen . We joined this because a private tour was unavailable on the day we wished to visit. The tour guide and nice and friendly . However I found the guide to be a little disorganized and the commentary to be less professional and less sophisticated than I expected. I felt the guidebook that I purchased later was more succinct and more insightful than the guide . The museum itself is excellent and should not be missed

We had a wonderful guide...

We had a wonderful guide who included a history lesson on the castle beginnings and brought us to areas not typically viewed by visitors. She was very informative about the artists and kept us moving through the crowds. Highly recommend this skip-the-line tour guide.

Excellent tour and guide

This tour was excellent, and its structure was really convenient. We met at a cafe, which allowed us to grab a coffee before heading out. The tour took us to the palace via train, and our guide accompanied us throughout. Unfortunately, we encountered a delay at the palace due to an apparent strike. However, our tour guide, Julie, was fantastic. She kept us entertained and helped us navigate the lines quickly. The palace tour was well-planned, and we saw the main highlights at a good pace. We ended the tour in the gardens, where Julie recommended a great route to follow. Her assessment of the most valuable areas to see was spot on. One of the highlights of the tour was how well Julie handled our two young children. She was amazing with them, making the tour enjoyable for our whole family.

Great experience and tour guide

This tour was great. It took us through the exterior of Notre-Dame (the group entrance to Notre-Dame is closed until June), a small chapel, and the castle/prison. Our tour guide, Julie, was fantastic. We had two young kids with us, which can be challenging at times, but she handled it well. The tour struck a great balance between sightseeing and walking. I highly recommend it for families and Julie as the guide.

Amazing!!

Amazing experience from the get go. Great guide - Sylvia. She was wonderful with our daughter and very cool. She gave us great tour of the palace and answered all our questions. She also gave us a suggestion for a fantastic food place.

The travel group was so nice and helpful. We loved our tour guide, Ivan! He made it so enjoyable and provided great historical and fun facts. Going in the morning was smart - beat the big crowds. This tour was just the right amount of time.

Entertaining and well organized. A must see with this tour company!

A must see! Excellent tour and well organized. Easy to get to the meet up spot and once you get there a guide is with you the whole time. You arrive in Versailles and it’s an easy couple minute walk to the Palace. Our guide Ivan was incredible. Our teenagers were very engaged as Ivan was knowledgeable and a great story teller of the history. One of the best tour experiences we have ever had.
