Know that this tour DOES NOT have anything to do with Notre Dame. It is a brief tour of L’Isle de Cite (which they call Notre Dame Island). Several people on our tour were confused by this. The tours of Concierge and Sainte-Chapelle were excellent.

Versailles with a great tour guide!
We had a young lady with short brown hair, I can't remember her name but she took us on our tour on Sunday April 6, it was a full day tour. We'll let me say, she was just wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and git us through to see everything. She helped make thus day so wonderful!

Family-friendly and Fun
We thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour. We have 2 kids ages 9 and 12. Our tour guide Ivan was skilled at engaging with the kids, making them laugh and keeping them interested for the full 2.5 hours. The palace and gardens are stunning and we learned a lot too. I highly recommend the tour.

A guide is a must!
Ivan was our guide of Versailles. I can't imagine getting a quarter out of it if we didn't have Ivan. So very knowledgeable and humorous. Highly recommend!

Remi is a fantastic, knowledeable, professional and funny guy. He kept us entertained the whole time, even during waiting in the queues. The tour is very expensive, though, especially if you compare it with the price you pay at the ticket office. We paid 280 € for 2 tickets, compared to 72 € 2 days earlier. This is a big business. If you do not mind the price, I can highly recommend this tour and the guide (Remi), as well.
