Great Guide. Lots of art knowledge.
Our tour was great. Let’s face it the place is over crowded, but our guide was wonderful. Her art history knowledge brought it all to life and made for a memorable afternoon.

Tour operator called me at 2:10p to say our 2:30 tour was cancelled. No explanation. She said she had emailed, but I received no message. Disappointing. She said my payment would be completely refunded.

This tour was amazing!
You shouldn't see Versailles without a guide. Claire was tops. She spoke English very well, with hardly an accent, which made her easy to understand. And you will want to understand her. She has a breadth of knowledge about Versailles that was wonderful. Her experience as a guide was evident. I addition to her knowledge, she was friendly and helpful. She told us not only WHAT happened, but WHY it happened. She is a treasure.

The tour was amazing. our guide, Julie, could not have been better. Her knowledge of the palace and it's history was a huge addition to the experience. She also delivered the information in a manner that was engaging and humourous. Her light hearted delivery kept us entertained while learning an incredible amount about the history of the palace and the royal family. I could not recommend this tour enough.

We walked right in with our guide and started a delightfully educational tour about art history, the history of Paris, some philosophy behind some of the art pieces… SOO much more than expected! Our guide was charismatic and the kind of teacher that makes any tour member excited to learn.

Williiam, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and shared just the right amount of information. He did a great job of keeping the group together. I was unsure of the meeting place. I originally went to the Arc d' Triumphe, which I believe the area around it is also known as the Arc de Caurosel. I realized my mistake & took an Uber, arriving in time for the tour. It might be helpful to highlight this more prominently in the meeting instructions. Also, emphasize in order to stay within the Louvre & see additional works, you need to move from one wing to the next and not at all exit or take a "shortcut" through the middle. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Our tour guide Humberto was excellent. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, clear, and friendly, Humberto told us compelling stories surrounding the art pieces to place them within their historical context. The tour itself was well organized and easy to find the meeting location. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in visiting!
