We had an excellent half day tour, which included the Palace, Hall of Mirrors and Musical Gardens. Our guide was outstanding (Sylvanie, not sure on spelling). She walked us through history and guided us expertly through the crowds. I would highly recommend.

Great guides from Beckett who escorted us on the train & made sure we knew how to get back to Karen our tour guide who did an excellent job keeping the information entertaining and lively. The only negative (which was no fault of the guides) was it was super crowded as a lot of elementary schools were visiting that same day. Would definitely recommend doing this tour

Great tour getting to visit the gardens and palace. Only minor niggle is you do gardens then palace and you get minimal free time in the gardens, whereas actually a lot of people on the tour thought more time was needed in the gardens to thoroughly enjoy. Would recommend the tour thinks about switching the order so people can stay in the gardens after the tour.

This is one of the most incredible places I’ve visited. The grandeur, the precision, the craftsmanship, it’s all quite extraordinary and needs to be seen with your own eyes to be truly appreciated. Our tour guide, Julie, was wonderful. She’s friendly, informative, and really knows her history. She made our visit to the Palace even better and explained everything so clearly. I highly recommend her tour. It enhanced our day beyond our expectations and was worth every dollar. Be prepared for lots of walking. The pace is easy to keep up with though, and it’s worth every step. Thank you Julie! We’ve been talking about your tour ever since! Also, glad we did this tour at the beginning of our trip as it laid the foundation for a lot of historical places we visited in Paris. Highly recommend.

Mauvaise experience
C'était très mauvaise expérience. Le lieu de rendez-vous avec le guide, initialement prévu devant le Grand Café d'Orléans, a été modifié au dernier moment et déplacé devant le restaurant La Flottille, situé à 2,6 km de l’emplacement initial. Nous en avons été informés par téléphone quelques minutes seulement avant l’heure prévue. Il ne nous était pas possible de nous rendre au nouveau lieu de rendez-vous à temps. Par la suite, nous avons été informés que le guide nous attendrait à l’entrée du Petit Trianon. Nous nous y sommes rendus, mais il n’y avait aucune trace de son passage. De plus, le prestataire ne nous a pas remis les billets officiels, mais uniquement des billets émis par Tripadvisor, qui ne permettaient pas l’accès au site.

Manos was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, very seamless! Celia was the ultimate toy guide! She was extremely astute about all the things at the palace! She had great presentation and was very witty with input! Highly recommend!
