My visit to the Musée d’Orsay was absolutely captivating! Our guide, Sylvanie Arnaud, was not only knowledgeable but also remarkably approachable. She made the history of Impressionism exciting, sharing fascinating stories about the artists behind the masterpieces. I felt like I was transported back in time, witnessing the birth of revolutionary art firsthand. Skipping the lines was a breeze, and I loved having the freedom to explore after the tour. This experience truly enriched my time in Paris—highly recommend it!

Waste of time. Go to the Lourve instead and save yourself some money. Nor much to see other than the Hugo clock.

Don’t book through Viator. They will not help when there are issues
The ticket given to my son on security guard on the train scanned it, we had to pay a fine of 50 euros. The tour company person argued with the security guard but didn’t offer to pay the fine. He just instructed us to go try and get a refund when the tour was over. When we went, the office was closed. I requested a refund for 1/2 the cost of the tour which would equalled the fine and it was rejected. The only job of the person meeting you in Paris is to make sure you get tickets for the train and meet your guide at Versailles. I am very disappointed in Viator for not helping me with this problem. I would recommend people book locally and avoid Viator if they aren’t willing to step in and make things right for their customers.

Wonderful memories of France tour
Our guide Noemma was lovely and gave a very good, informative tour. Appreciate all her little details. Would love to have spent more time in the gardens. Versailles is quite crowded and a bit disappointed we had a later entry time due to the back log of groups due to traffic
