It was good however we seemed to lose our guide quite regularly and couldn’t hear her when she left the room and we were still stuck in the previous room - probably more of a problem because of the crowds more than anything - was an amazing place though

Thet is an absolute lover of street art. His passion and his sense of humour made this a delightful walking tour - despite the heat. He‘s up to date with ‚the scene‘ worldwide, it‘s a pleasure listening to all the stories he has to tell (yesterday‘s as well as today‘s). Our visit to the Louvre was absolutely elevated by the incredible expertise and passion of our guide, Anthony, from Memories France. From the moment we met, Anthony stood out for his genuine enthusiasm and warm, welcoming nature. He is remarkably educated; his depth of knowledge brought the museum’s vast collection to life in a way that felt both professional and deeply engaging. He navigated the complexities of the Louvre with ease, ensuring we saw the highlights while providing fascinating context that we never would have discovered on our own. Beyond his knowledge, Anthony’s demeanor was truly commendable. He remained polite, patient, and consistently smiling throughout the entire tour, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our group. What really impressed us, however, was his dedication even after the official tour had concluded. He went above and beyond to ensure we were settled and offered helpful advice that made the rest of our day in Paris even better. It is rare to find a guide who combines such high-level professionalism with such a kind and thoughtful personality. If we find ourselves back at the Louvre, we wouldn't hesitate for a second—we will absolutely be requesting Anthony again for another tour! Highly recommended.

My in-laws are not 'museum people' but his passion for the art was so apparent and the conversation was so approachable that they were completely smitten with the whole experience. He was astute in noticing that my FIL's mobility was limited and made sure to find a spot for him to sit in every room possible, even asking people to make room for him when needed. To our absolute DELIGHT, Anthony was our tour guide again the next day at d'Orsay, where his love for the art there was somehow even more pronounced and his guidance through the museum made for an unforgettable visit. If he is any representation of what Memories France can bring to the table, there is no doubt you should book a tour with them ASAP. If we ever return, tours with MF/Anthony will be the first thing we book.

the tour guide was amazing, but the group was huge. Getting started took much too long-tour itself started almost an hour late-earphones and tickets were not with the guide and we had to wait for them to arrive. Then the group was so large, that trying to keep everyone together was almost impossible. The stop for a bathroom was at least 25 minutes. We finally just left the group as we had a car to catch. So disappointed the tour was not better described and the time commitment/frame was not communicated.

Phenomenal tour with Julia! She was so knowledgeable and guided our group with humor and expertise. This small group size was perfect for us as we were able to easily move throughout the space even on a very crowded day. Recommend not going on a Monday if it’s a bank holiday if you can help it. Regardless, I high recommend the tour!

The guide was lovely but I wish we had not wasted the first 30 minutes. The mikes were a bit flimsy and kept falling off my ear.
