Or, une fois sur place, le guide n’était pas présent, et l’accès au musée nous a été refusé. En effet, contrairement à ce que laisse entendre l’annonce, nous ne sommes pas en possession des billets : seul le guide peut les remettre. Au-delà du coût engagé, c’est surtout la perte d’une journée entière à Paris – que nous avions planifiée exclusivement pour cette visite – qui rend l’expérience inacceptable. Je me réserve le droit d’entamer une procédure de réclamation officielle.

I had an incredible time on the Notre Dame’s Island tour with our guide, Sylvanie Arnaud! Her enthusiastic and friendly demeanor made the experience truly interactive. The insights she shared about Notre Dame and its history were both entertaining and educational. Skipping the lines at Sainte Chapelle was a huge bonus, allowing us to marvel at the stunning stained glass without the wait. Walking through the charming streets on Ile de la Cité felt like a dream, and seeing Marie Antoinette's prison added a unique twist to our journey. Such great value for money—highly recommend!

I can honestly say that 51 years this was the best tour I’ve ever had. Anthony was absolutely amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable about my favorite museum in the world, but also was able to captivate me my wife and my two children. It is stressful, trying to decide which tour Group to go with. This is definitely no-brainer. Not only is the group amazing, but the information accessible and fun, but Anthony makes it truly a wonderful and interactive experience.

Tristan did a nice job with the tour. Well paced. Not to the fault of the tour, but the equipment was a little glitchy - would cut out if you were not within immediate 3-4ft radius of him and the audio was scratchy and sometimes hard to hear.

Amazing tour and guide

Amazing tour, great experience, learned so much. Very helpful. Guide was great, really learned a lot on this tour, including interesting details about the art and artists. Museum is very crowded as it expected so be prepared for large crowds and so my advice for travelers is to not be by the crowds, but you definitely need a guide for a museum like this

Loved this tour it was busy but our tour guide Anthony was great and patient - about 10 of us in the group and we had headphones as he spoke to us about the cathedral! Again fast pass is the way to go

Skipping the Line Worth the Tour

Skipping the line for a ticket is worth the tour price alone, however, getting more information from the guide makes all the difference in the world.

Definitely worth doing!

We were met by Mani at the designated spot on time. He got us on the train to Versailles where we were handed off to Julie. Julie was very knowledgeable about the history of Versailles and had many interesting stories to tell. She did a good job of keeping the group together and making sure we knew how to get back to the train. We throughly enjoyed our visit to Versailles.

Great tour of Saints Chapelle, the Conceragerie, with good information on Ike de la Cite and Notre Dame.

The guide Christina was great. She told us a great deal about Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame, Saints Chapelle, and the Conciergerie.

Fantastic tour of Versailles
