Perfect resting spot for hungry travelers looking for authentic Bosnian food in a relaxed environment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. Very central spot and easy to find, even for people (like me) with a poor sense of location. The restaurant was also on the recommended lists of places for cevapi on a guided tour I went on.

Went on the walking tour with Emin, he was funny, friendly, engaging and had a firm grip of events in the city. The pace was gentle, so even though it was a 2 hour tour, we weren't bombarded with too much information. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city, you'll leave feeling curious and aware of some of the many historical landmarks in Sarajevo. The office people were also super helpful and we got a small sheet later with recommended restaurants, cafés and other things. This is incredibly useful for tourists to navigate the huge offering of food and drink in the city. Don't miss this!

I booked the airport transfer through TripAdvisor but the confirmation was confusing so I contacted Meet Bosnia directly who politely and efficiently confirmed the details. I was so impressed by their service that I booked some tours which I will review separately but I wanted to mention on here that my whole experience with this company was exceptional. On arrival at Sarajevo the driver displaying my name on his phone was the first thing I saw as I entered the Arrivals hall. He took my bags and walked with us to his car parked close by. He delivered us to our hotel with no fuss. The return journey was also perfect. The driver arrived at the hotel in plenty of time and dropped me right outside the entrance for departures. The company also kindly sent me a WhatsApp message to re-assure me that their driver would pick me up at the correct time. I have nothing but praise for this company and have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow travellers.

The trip exceeded our expectations! My friends and I highly recommend this tour if you are wanting to see more of Bosnia without renting a car. It was so easy to book online, we booked the day before no problem. They picked you up right where you are staying. We were a group of 8 with our tour guide Kristijan. He was amazing, knew the history like the back of his hand and was very informative and willing to answer all questions. He was very personable and a great guy, making the trip so easy going and fun! We had perfect amount of time in each spot being able to take photos, walk around or grab a drink. He has great recommendations for Mostar and Sarajevo. We truly have no complaints and cannot wait until we can come back to Bosnia!

A fascinating insight into a terrible time.

We spent a fascinating afternoon learning more about the siege of Sarajevo and putting places to the names I remember from news stories at the time. The traffic in the city centre was awful due to a broken down tram, but our driver, Ago, remained patient and simply changed the order of things to visit so that we would still get to the Tunnel of Hope before they closed. Ago was a child during the war but he suffered none the less and was happy to include personal stories from the time. It is incredible to think that people were being shot at in the street along sniper alley where our hotel was situated. The walls of the hospital where Ago was born are covered in bullet holes and many parts of the city still show the damage from shells. The Tunnel of Hope is well worth a visit and it's importance in bringing in supplies cannot be underestimated. Ago complimented the official guides by adding additional facts including a passage from a book called The Clinton Tapes which he knew by heart. The tour finished on a lighter note with a visit to the abandoned bob sleigh track from the Sarajevo Winter Olympics where Ago kindly went out of his way to help my parter who has mobility issues. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarajevo and don't think you would do better than booking through Meet Bosnia.

This is a full day tour full of poignant reminders of a truly awful event. Our guide was Almir who fought and was injured in the Sarajevo Ware. One would forgive him for having bitter memories of the time but he was respectful and professional throughout. He seemed to be genuinely happy that people want to learn more about the genocide and encouraged us all to tell our friends to increase knowledge of this terrible time. As I learned more about the events that led to the slaughter of thousands of Muslim men and boys I became angry at the people who could have prevented it. Governments in the west turned a blind eye and the United Nations became known as United Nothing as their blue helmeted "peacekeepers" stood by and did nothing. It is a scandal that more people have not been brought to account over what happened in Srebrenica. Almir kindly sent the participants links via WhatsApp to books and films with more information and I would recommend watching the Oscar nominated Quo Vardis, Aida? This is not a tour for the faint hearted but is an important reminder of how lucky most of us are to live such carefree lives.
