All I can say is thankyou Alam (I hope I spelt that right!) for opening our eyes in such an insightful way to the genocide of Srebrenica. Prior to travelling here and going on the day tour my knowledge was quite weak on the topic but I feel like I’ve learnt so much. It was such a hard hitting, harrowing day but so important and crucial to learn nonetheless. History shapes our future and it’s important to connect the dots. Throughout the day I thought massively of the current state of the world and the current massacres/genocides ie Palestine that are occurring in front of us in real time and it’s such a shame that the world never learns. We must do more to educate ourselves and others and pray for the healing of the world.

We signed up for the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial Study Tour and would highly recommend it. Coordination with Meet Bosnia Tours was done via email and it was a breeze. The company kept us regularly updated on information such as the detailed itinerary and pick up time at our hotel. Ago took us for the tour, and was an amazing guide. He was extremely knowledgable on the topic, and entertained our questions throughout the tour. Argo was also great at warming the group up, and getting everyone familiar with each other. I would strongly recommend Meet Bosnia Tours to anyone looking for tours around Bosnia.

Herzegovina is absolutely beautiful and this tour was the perfect way to experience it. The transportation was comfortable, the group size was ideal and the guide created a really nice atmosphere. Mostar was a highlight but honestly every stop was worth seeing.
