My company normally arranges transfers for me, but on this occasion as I was arriving at the weekend I decided to take care of the transfer myself. Once booked with GYG I received a WhatsApp message from the local company Meet Bosnia Tours confirming all of my details. A few messages exchanged as well as a recommendation for Cevapi when asked. Cevapi is a national dish, which all visitors to the region should try. As for the transfer, I was greeted by Muhammed on clearing customs and he immediately took my suitcase and we chatted briefly on the way to the vehicle which was parked a very short distance outside of the terminal. The transfer to my hotel in the city was trouble free and swift, with Muhammed being nothing but professional and courteous throughout. The morning after my transfer I received a message from Edin, the CEO of Meet Bosnia Tours ensuring that my transfer was nothing but professional and welcoming me to Sarajevo. Thanks again for a great service!

Una bellissima esperienza. La nostra prima volta in Bosnia, un tour di 12 ore pieno pieno ma per nulla stancante. Expérience professionnelle, avec un guide qui est très très informé et intéressé par ce qu'il dit. Il nous a parler de l'histoire de la Bosnie avec beaucoup de précisions et nous a bien présenter chaque monuments avec des anecdotes. Je vous conseille de prendre ce guide monsieur Senad !

Eine sehr ausführliche Tour mit sehr viel Hintergrundinformationen durch den Guide. Die besuchten Plätze muss man gesehen haben. Neben Mostar mit der tollen Altstadt und der berühmten Brücke waren für mich die Highlights die Kravica Wasserfälle und das Sufi-Haus/Derwischloster. Sehr empfehlenswert !

We had a very enjoyable day tour to Mostar from Sarajevo with our guide Elma and driver Marko. The itinerary was well planned and perfectly suited for a one-day trip.

My guide was great. A local man who had lived through the war and therefore had interesting personal insights. Would definitely recommend! The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was more driving and then walking than I thought (which was fine I just didn't expect it); and the car was not really appropriate given the amount of snow (which was not really the tour's fault because it snowed overnight).
